Great for First Job in Service

Clear, Consistent, and Thorough

Very Practical and Well-Made

Good for Refresher Training

Frustrating From Start to Finish
Signing up took longer than it should?ve, and the confirmation email went to spam. Once I finally got in, the course ran slowly and crashed midway through a module. I had to clear my cache and restart the entire process. The material wasn?t bad, but the platform itself is a mess. It made the whole thing more stressful than necessary.

Certification Delay
I finished the course, passed the test, and expected the certificate immediately as promised. Instead, I waited two days and had to contact support twice to get it. Not ideal when I needed it for work. The course was okay, but the admin side really let me down. Will look for alternatives next time.

Overpriced for the Quality
For the amount they charge, I expected higher production value. The slides looked outdated, and there were a few typos sprinkled throughout. The course did cover the basics, but not in a way that held my attention. Also, the final test was weirdly structured?some questions didn?t even seem related to the modules. Didn?t feel like money well spent.

Major Tech Problems
Tried taking this course on my phone, but the pages kept freezing. Then I switched to a laptop, and the audio wouldn't load on a couple of sections. Support didn?t reply until the next day, and by then I had already wasted hours. The exam locked me out once too. Never going through this again.

Clunky Navigation System
I found the TIPS Alcohol course frustrating to use. The navigation isn?t intuitive, and I kept getting logged out randomly. On top of that, the lessons repeated the same points too often, making it hard to stay engaged. The content itself is fine, but the delivery made it feel like a chore. The quizzes didn?t always match the material, either. I had to redo one section three times because the platform wouldn?t register my progress. For a paid course, I expected something smoother and more professional. I eventually finished it, but not without issues.
