Exceptional snack for gatherings

Tingschips presents gourmet?level potato chips without the high price tag. I sampled three flavours: Sea Salt & Rosemary, Spicy Mango Chili, and Smoked BBQ. Each had a distinct profile?rosemary was aromatic, mango chili had that sweet?heat combo, and BBQ delivered a deep smoky taste. Chips were consistently crunchy, not overly oily, and packaging kept them fresh. Website layout is clear and easy, and after placing the order, I got proactive tracking updates. I contacted support and received an apology, but no follow?through. Pack felt old, not fresh. For nearly $10 per bag, that's unacceptable. Tried their ?spicy mango chili? flavour?website description sounded amazing. In reality, the mango didn?t come through and chilli was weak. Seasoning had odd artificial aftertaste. Texture was okay, but overall lacked character. Packaging design was nice, but contents didn?t live up to it. Potential is there, but they need to revisit flavour profiles and match descriptions.

Poor customer experience overall

Refund request denied after clear defect
Chips spilled out due to faulty seal. Huge mess in the box and on arrival. Sent photo proof to support. They acknowledged but refused refund, only a ?small discount next time.? That?s unacceptable?customers shouldn?t be forced to reorder defective items. I?ll be warning friends against this practice.
