Disappointing Experience

Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered with Mountain Rose Herbs, and it was a disappointing experience from beginning to end. They arrived later than expected, and to add insult to injury, a few of the products arrived damaged. I contacted their customer service team, but the response was incredibly slow, and I felt like my concerns were being brushed off. After several back-and-forth emails, I was offered a small discount on my next order, but honestly, I'm not sure if I want to order again. They really need to work on the shipping and handling process, and the customer support was unfeeling. I actually wanted to be a returning customer, but after how this went so badly, I'm now hesitant to shop with them again. It is a pity because their selection is great, but customer service should be improved.

Not What I Expected
I had been really excited to try Mountain Rose Herbs because of their great reputation, but my experience with them was not positive. I ordered a number of different herbs and essential oils, and upon opening the package, I felt very let down by the overall quality of the products. Some of the herbs did not smell fresh, and the oils seemed diluted. I have tried other companies' herbs and oils, but these were a little less potent and smelling compared to the others. Also, some of the herbs in this lot were not sealed as tight as they should be, and some had spilled out into the box. I was told they would check into this and never heard from them after that. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service. I won't order from them again.

I have to say, my experience with Mountain Rose Herbs has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a number of things, which included dried herbs, oils, and some herbal teas. While teas were fine, the herbs were stale and seemed like they were poor quality quality. I could tell the difference in the aroma and potency compared to herbs I have purchased from other trusted suppliers. To make things worse, one of the essential oils I had ordered was partially spilled inside the box upon arrival and had created a mess. Also, when I contacted their customer service, it took several days to answer back. Their solution was to refund the amount for the damaged item, but they never inquired about the quality of the rest of the products. In addition, it sounded like it came out of a can, without any attempt to really sort out my issue. Generally, it wasn't the quality or service expected of a company with such a reputation.

Underwhelming Quality
I ordered from Mountain Rose Herbs for the first time and was quite underwhelmed with the overall experience. Their website is so easy to use, but the product quality was not up to snuff. I ordered several of their dried herbs and some oils, and they just did not compare to the products as described on their site. The herbs were not fresh, and the oils were not as strong as I expected. To make matters worse, my shipment arrived two weeks after it was supposed to. I also called customer service, only to get a generic e-mail and a note that said "delays happen.". Delays always tend to happen, but their absolute disregard for communication and poor quality kept making me feel like this company never seemed to care about its clients. I won't place my next order with them, definitely seeking a more reliable seller instead.

Couldn't Use the Products
So many nice things I wanted to purchase from Mountain Rose Herbs, but my recent purchase really disappointed me. I ordered various herbs and essential oils for different craft projects. Upon receipt, however, the items were either damaged or of low quality. The herbs were crumbled, and some of the oils leaked from their bottles. One of the herbs was quite stale and did not smell like it should. They did offer a refund for the damaged items when I called their customer service, but getting in touch was a pain, and the whole process dragged. I feel they didn't take my queries seriously, and I didn't get the resolution I expected. This was a disappointing experience, and I'm skeptical about giving them another chance. I expected better quality products and better customer service based on the positive reviews I had read.

Shocking Experience
I recently ordered several products from Mountain Rose Herbs, and the whole experience was a letdown. My order was delayed by nearly three weeks, which was very inconvenient. Upon arrival, the herbs were of poor quality, and some of the oils had leaked out of their bottles, making a mess. I called their customer service number to ask for a replacement, but after several days of waiting without a response, I was informed that they were out of stock on the items I ordered. I ended up waiting longer for a partial refund and the items I wanted. This lack of communication and poor service was extremely frustrating, especially when I was excited to try their products. At this point, I can't say I would recommend them to anyone, and I'm unlikely to order from them again.

Product Quality is Inconsistent
I have ordered products through Mountain Rose Herbs several times before, but my latest experience was frustrating. Poor Quality Control

Overpriced for Low Quality

Unreliable and Frustrating
My experience with Mountain Rose Herbs was frustrating to say the least. I ordered a selection of herbs and oils, but the package took over two weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, several of the items were damaged, and the quality of some of the herbs was disappointing. The oils I received had a weird, stale smell, which was not what I had expected. I called their customer service, but it was very late, and they did not seem to take much interest in how bad the quality of their products was. They offered a refund for some of the damaged items, but by that time, I had already purchased what I needed from elsewhere. As of now, I am not very sure if I will ever place an order with them again. They seriously need to work on their delivery times and quality control.

Extremely Slow Delivery
I ordered from Mountain Rose Herbs over three weeks ago, and it finally arrived today. This is very frustrating as I had a project I wanted to use the herbs for, and now they have just arrived. They weren't in the best shape when they arrived; some herbs were crushed, and the oils looked like they had been sitting on the shelf forever. NOT Worth Price
Due to the great reviews here, I thought I could get good products from Mountain Rose Herbs, but mine was not a very nice experience at all. I ordered numerous amounts of herbs and teas from them, and the quality did not live up to what they were charging. Not fresh, bland, and flavorless herbs and teas. Packaging was subpar, and one of the tea bags had spilled during transit. Customer service did not take my gripe seriously and didn't offer any real solutions. I felt I just threw my money away. And I won't be buying this product from them again. Other companies are offering similar products at lower prices with better quality and service. This experience has left me disappointed and looking elsewhere for my herbal needs.

Disappointed with the Quality

Not Worth the Wait

Order Problems
I received several issues with my order: a number of the items weren't correct, and a couple of products arrived damaged. So far, I've ordered a number of essential oils and herbs. When they arrived, the package was in complete disarray, and everything was missing instructions or labeling. It took me so long trying to sort out which herb is which. It's all minor issues, but this particular company did charge quite an amount.
