Even though I actually received the loan amount I requested, the general experience was tiresome and demotivating. I will not be going back to Three Sticks Lending.

Slow Response and High Fees

My experience with Three Sticks Lending was mixed. Positively, their application process was simple, and their website was user-friendly. Negatively, though, after completing my information, I did not receive a response from them for several days, which was very annoying. I was forced to make repeated follow-up calls before hearing an update regarding the status of my application. By the time I was finally approved, I found that the loan conditions were less attractive than what I had initially been told. The rate of interest was greater than I anticipated, and I was levied several charges which were not disclosed initially. The customer care staff were helpful but inefficient in taking care of my issues. Overall, while the loan did eventually come through, the slow response time and hidden fees made the experience far more stressful than it needed to be.

Good Service, But Slow and Expensive

Although the customer service at Three Sticks Lending was friendly and accommodating, overall it wasn't a good experience. I got a loan application in, and the process of applying was easy, but approval took much longer than anticipated. The amount of time it took for them to approve my loan application was considerably longer than the time frame that I was originally told, and I had to follow up on it several times. When I did eventually receive my loan, I was appalled at how much more expensive the fees were than what I had been informed of when I applied. Although I did end up getting the money I required, I wasn't pleased with how long it took or the additional fees. It wasn't a bad experience, but I certainly expected greater transparency and a faster process. I don't know if I will use Three Sticks Lending again.

Frustrating Process and Hidden Fees

I had a very frustrating interaction with Three Sticks Lending. The process of applying was simple, but that was all the good stuff. Once my information was turned in, the approval would allegedly take only a few days' time, and it took over a week to hear back from them. When I finally received a call back, they accepted my loan, but the interest and fees were significantly higher than I had anticipated. It was like a bait-and-switch. I tried to call customer service for explanation, but I was bounced around to multiple different people before receiving any responses. Even then, the responses I did receive were unclear and uninformative. The money was finally put into my account, but the whole experience left me frustrated and deceived. Transparency and speedy service is not what you'll find here. I won't be repeating business with Three Sticks Lending anytime soon.

Unacceptable Delays and Poor Communication

I took out a loan with Three Sticks Lending after reviewing some good testimonials, but what happened was bad news. At first, it seemed okay to do the deal, but approving it took ages longer than the promise. When I waited longer than a week, I received no word, so I phoned up multiple times, asking them to advise me on whether they had gotten around to finalizing my request. When I eventually got approved, I was hit with surprise fees that were not revealed in advance, which made me feel cheated. To add to my woes, the customer support team wasn't very cooperative and did not seem to care about my inconvenience. I never got a proper reason for the delays and the extra fees charged to me.
