Great Product, Slow Shipping

The product I received was super cute and what I wanted. The design was clever, and it felt durable and well-made. Inconsistent Quality

I have ordered from them on two occasions. The first time was good and the second time was the total opposite. My item arrived late and everything looked rushed. The paint was uneven and there was a nasty smell. Their customer service was no help either. It's really frustrating because the brand has a fun vibe, but they have major issues with quality control and consistent experience.

Super Fun and Surprisingly Durable

This shop gets 5 stars from me. I ordered something as a gag gift and feel like I got something well made and sturdy. The end was clean and performed exactly as expected. The packaging was nice too; both everything was safe and sound and the box was cute. I love that they capture a sense of humor but still ?function? in the mix. This is a unique combination and it is hard to find in novelty shops. I will go back for gifts in the future. It was just such a personal and playful experience. Not What I Expected

Small Business with Big Personality

Quirky but Useful

I ordered something a little silly that made my friends laugh, but I actually use it all the time. It is functional, easy to clean, and sturdy. Overall the product looks amazing - clearly made by hand or at the very least it is clear somewhere someone crafted it really carefully. I love that the shop here is funny without being cheap/I don't think quality was sacrificed to be funny. The packaging was adorable and also very secure. They even included a cute sticker too! Stoner Fun with Class

This shop is somehow cheeky and classy at the same time. I ordered a piece that looked fun online, and it was even better in person. It felt solid, no defects, and the glaze was super smooth. Just Okay, Not Worth It

The product was not bad to look at, but this is going to cost them money since it did not feel at all worth the price of purchase. The product looked better and more impressive on the site than in person. On top of that, the shipping took way longer than what was estimated and I never received a response to my order inquiry! Incomplete Order

One of the main items I ordered was missing from the box.?the packing slip indicated that all items were included but it was OBLIOUSLY not inside the package. I contacted customer support right away but I did not receive a response. It is disappointing because everything else from my order was satisfactory, but when a product is missing and I don't get a resolution it makes it difficult for me to trust going back to this store again.

Incomplete Order and No Fix

I ordered three things, but only two arrived in the box. The packing slip showed three items, so I assumed it was an oversight. I reached out to support the very same day with photos of the two items, and a description of what was missing. They replied with an email several days later asking that I check the packaging (which I had already done), then nothing. Follow-up emails went unanswered. It is frustrating to pay for something and not receive it?or even worse to not have a company care about this frustration. Mistakes happen, but this is where the company?s response is so important. I am more aggravated about the response, than about the fact that I did not receive one of the items. It was not an expensive product, but that is beside the point. I would hope that the manner of customer service is relevant to the cost of an item, whether it is $10 or $100. Until the company improves customer service, I would hesitate to recommend doing business here; there are other quirky shops that have better customer service, and do a much better job following up.

Exactly What I Needed

I bought a novelty item to lighten things up in my apartment, and it certainly did the job. It's cute, funny, and functional as I hoped it would be. Mostly Great Experience

Cute Product, Poor Packaging

The item I purchased was totally cute, but it came chipped because it was poorly packaged. No padding?just a box with a little bit of wrap. I reached out with pictures and asked for a replacement or at the very least a partial refund, and got a slow response asking for information I already provided. I responded again, and then? crickets. It's not even about the money, it's about some level of respect and accountability. If a product arrives damaged because of poor packaging that is on the seller. I really try to support smaller businesses but experiences like this really make it difficult. The item could have been a new favorite but now I just feel frustrated. Customer service is extremely important, especially when issues arise. I wish they took as much care in shipping as they do in support. Until then, my money will go to a different business even they the products here are cute. It's just not worth the headache.

The product I received was a lot cuter on their website than in-person. I think this would fall under the "great marketing photos can make a product look tons better" type of situation. The concept and the branding is awesome, and that is what drew me in. However, when actually receiving my order, I was somewhat disappointed. The item I received was not exactly what I expected based on the images on the site?colors were not correct, and the size was smaller. Not unusable, just misleading. Shipping took longer than was indicated - no updates until I reached out. Received a generic response which did not answer my query regarding a performance lapse. The concept has potential to be developed further, but the concept is poorly executed. I didn't receive tracking information right off the bat and it wasn't until a few days later that I even knew my order was on the way. No Refund for Damaged Item

I ordered a ceramic piece that came broken. The packaging appeared fine from the outside, but inside it was not packed properly. I get that things break during transit, but to not take any responsibility doesn't sit right with me. Underwhelming Product

I thought I'd try one of the novelty lighters because the idea seemed fun. It looked awesome on the site, but what I received felt cheap and didn't perform well at all. It barely worked, and it took me a few tries to get it to light. The construction was not at all what I expected for the money I paid. I contacted customer service which didn't help much. They suggested that I try charging it again again, but nothing changed. I then threw it into a drawer and haven't touched it since. For a site that sells fun and quality stoner products, the product I received fell short. Took Weeks to Ship

The item I ordered took three weeks to ship, and there was no communication whatsoever during that period. No updates, no shipping notice, nothing until I emailed them myself. When I finally got an inquiry back from them, it was vague and not really helpful at all. When the item arrived, it looked very nice and I liked it, but was it worth the wait and poor customer service? I get it, they are a small business; but it would have been so easy to drop a basic update. I never mind waiting or even an extended wait - as long as I am receiving updates. It takes very little effort to send an email. Over time, they have just lost the touch of basic customer service. I don't mind a long wait as long as I am kept informed of the process. The issue was really just the lack of information from the business - while it took three weeks to be shipped and that is a long delivery window, the reality is that they had not communicated or provided any updates which made it feel like they had forgotten about the order. It was not ideal as a first experience, and unfortunately I will never be returning back. The shop has some cool concepts but a poor execution in being able to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience. Until they get their logistics and communication together, I don't think it is worth the risk.

I mostly had an awesome experience with The Horny Stoner! I bought a ceramic piece that looked super fun, and it delivered! The glaze was even, the weight was perfect, it felt like a quality product - not something you'd find at some random novelty store. The packaging was also great, so I didn't feel worried about breakage. The only thing that knocked a star off was the slowness of shipping. It was over 10 days to get to me, and I didn't get tracking info until I asked. That said, customer service was super nice and helpful when I asked, and confirmed it was on the way. After it got to me, I was really pleased with the product itself. It has sparked conversations when friends come over. If shipping was a bit faster or they were more transparent about it I would have rated it perfect. Even still, I'd order again just for the creativity and quality!

Order Never Showed Up

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received anything. I have messaged the customer service staff many times and only get vague and no help. They told me they were going to check with the warehouse, and then I have heard nothing since. The tracking shows it has not been moved in weeks. It sucks because I was excited about the product, but this entire experience has me hesitant. It feels like once they got my money, that's it. I would have preferred a refund or at least a solid update about my shipping tracking status. Honestly, I'm not ordering again unless I experience significant improvements on shipping and support. I am sure the product was cute, but it is not worth the hassle and the lack of service. There are other stores that sell the same items with better service and faster shipping.

A New Favorite for Unique Gifts

The Horny Stoner store is such a hidden treasure. I was hunting for a funny-but-functional gift for a friend's birthday, and this store nailed every part of the experience. The piece I ordered looked just like the picture? bright colors and solidly made with a not-eschewed quirk. It shipped very well packed, lots of bubble wrap and even a little card thanking me for the order. Little surprises like that are nice touches. What I like best is their products are funny without being "cheap" or "gimmicky." They are qualified to use responsibly and made well. Also, it is just nice to see a funny, creative, sex-positive brand that does not take itself too seriously. Their customer service responded quickly when I asked about shipping concerns, and it came on time. I have already word of mouth let a couple of friends know the shop is open for business; I will definitely order from The Horny Stoner again. This was truly an ideal find for me.

Longer Shipping Than Expected

Shipping was longer than promised. It was maddening to wait weeks with no progress. When I complained to support, responses were evasive and useless. The product did arrive in reasonable condition, but the lack of good communication overshadowed the purchase. I hope that they fix their shipping and customer updates soon.

Still No Package

I ordered something about a month ago, and I have not yet received anything. The tracking never even updated, I sent inquires to customer service, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. Fun, Functional, and Well-Made

Ordering from The Horny Stoner was really fun! I picked out a few pieces thinking they would be kind of novelty-level craftsmanship, but it turned out to be some of the best-made pieces I've purchased online. The ceramic is thick and heavy; the designs are funny and clever, yet not over-the-top, and everything arrived in a perfectly packed box. You could tell there was a definite personality behind the brand. The shop does not feel like another thrill seeking novelty drop-shipper. One of the highlights was the handwritten thank-you card that really added a personal touch. I also appreciated the eco-friendly packaging choices! The shop owner is clearly intentional in every single choice of the entire operation - the product design, the packaging and delivery. Shipping time was about 1 week which is reasonable for a smaller shop. Overall, I was very pleased and I'm already planning to put in another order! If you like fun, playful but practical things, this is a great shop to check out!

Really Nice Piece

I was a little anxious ordering at first, but the piece I received turned out great! It was shipped safely and looked accurate to the listing. The colours were vibrant and the shape was clean and detailed. The only downside was I did wait longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. Slower Than Expected

Shipping took way longer than advertised. I had to wait almost four weeks without updates unless I reached out to them first. The product was decent, but it didn't fully match the description posted on their website. Overall, it felt rushed and low to no effort for the pricing of the item. Cool Concept, Poor Delivery

I love the website and the ideas behind the brand, but it feels like there was a disparity between vision and execution. I had to wait way too long and when I finally received my order, it had a small crack in it. When I reach out to obtain a replacement, I received one response asking for photos of the item and never heard back. The store is cute but I wouldn't want to risk shopping there again unless I am confident that they can take care of their customers.

The product was great, but what I really appreciated was the awesome package and communication. It arrived safe, snug and on time. Quirky Gift, Big Success

I bought a few items as a birthday surprise for my partner and they were a total win! Everything arrived happily packaged and was much nicer in person. The designs were fun and original as well. I want to mention that it felt like I was ordering from an actual human being (I feel bad putting the word human in parentheses because I am not trying to connect with gender here - but it was nice to be ordering from someone who cares). There was even a little handwritten note on an item with a celebratory smiley face which was so sweet! It's rare to find that kind of whimsy from an online shop. So Fun and Unique

This site is a gem! Everything from the branding, to the packages, to the note made me smile. I ordered a novelty product as a gift for a bachelorette party and it was well received. I was shocked by the quality and the product looked exactly like the photo. I think it was the hand packing that made it feel authentic - it didn't have a produced feel, it made you feel special. Wonderful for this business, he/she/they are not just selling an avg. adult vibe, but pushing their real selves. The Horny Stoner is definitely not your typical adult store; that's what makes it special. I have a couple of other pieces on my radar for some future orders.

From perusing the site to unboxing my order, it was a very personal experience. You can feel that someone cares about their brand. Worst Customer Service

The customer service can only be defined as nonexistent. I had a simple question about my order status and no one got back to me. I sent two emails and a message on Instagram and got nothing back. The product finally showed up but with no updates on its shipping or anything. If you can't handle basic customer service you shouldn't be taking orders.
