Pretty Good First Impression
First time ordering from The Hemp Doctor and I?m impressed. The Delta 8 gummies worked better than I expected, and the website made ordering easy. The only reason I?m not giving five stars is the delay in delivery?took about 8 days. Still, I?d order again because the quality makes up for it.

Weaker Than Expected
I ordered the Delta 8 gummies after reading so many positive reviews, but they barely worked for me. I tried taking one, then two, and even three at one point, but the effects were very mild, almost nonexistent. I followed the dosage instructions carefully and waited a couple hours after taking them, but the result was always underwhelming. The packaging looked good, and the shipping was decent, but the product just didn?t live up to the hype. I?ve had better results from other brands that cost less. I reached out to customer service and while they were polite, they weren?t really helpful in solving the issue or offering a refund or replacement. For the price I paid, I expected a higher-quality experience. Unfortunately, I won?t be ordering again. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but it?s not something I?m willing to try again.

Didn't Feel Safe Using It
Bought one of their vape carts and from the very beginning, something felt off. The oil looked cloudy and the cartridge had a weird smell when I opened it. I?ve used vapes for years and never seen one like this. Still gave it a try (I know, dumb), and it tasted burnt and weird. After two small pulls, I stopped using it. Reached out to ask if it was a bad batch or what. They said everything tested fine and gave no other info. I didn?t feel reassured at all. Didn?t even finish the rest. I?m usually easygoing, but when it comes to products I?m inhaling, I need to feel confident in quality and safety. This missed the mark for me completely. Sad too, because I liked their branding. Won?t buy vapes from them again.

Pretty satisfied overall
Tried a variety of items from The Hemp Doctor?pre-rolls, softgels, and gummies. Everything has been solid, though the pre-rolls were slightly dry on one order. That aside, the effects are calming and legit. The quality is clearly there, and their customer service is better than most. Still a go-to for me.

Meh, Not Worth It
Everything looked great when I placed the order. The site was clean, the reviews were promising, and I was excited to try something new. But when I actually got the gummies, the experience was just underwhelming. The taste wasn?t anything special, and the effects were light and didn?t last long. I even tried taking a little more than the recommended dose, but it didn?t help. It?s not that the product was bad, it just wasn?t memorable. Also, there was a weird aftertaste that lingered. Customer service was responsive, so I?ll give them that, but they didn?t offer much beyond a generic ?we?re sorry.? I might?ve kept buying from them if it was cheaper, but at this price point, I?d rather go back to other brands I?ve used before that have more consistent results. My Favorite Delta 8 So Far

Good Idea, Poor Execution
I was excited to try the CBD softgels for daily use, hoping they?d help with my focus and anxiety. But they didn?t seem to do anything for me at all. I gave it a week, trying them at different times of the day, even with food, and still felt no real change. I liked that the ingredients seemed clean and the branding was professional, but the product just lacked impact. I?ve tried CBD from other companies that had better results almost immediately. What was also annoying was that the softgels had a faint chemical smell when I opened the bottle, which made me question freshness. It?s not the worst experience ever, but not one I?d repeat. Customer service responded to my concern, but there wasn?t really a resolution. A refund or a better suggestion would?ve been nice. I might try something else from them later, but I?m not rushing to.

Was Excited but Let Down

Arrived Damaged and No Help
My order showed up with one item busted and leaking inside the package. I immediately took pictures and sent an email. It took them 4 days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply was vague and didn?t offer a refund or replacement. Just said they'd ?look into it.? That was it. I followed up, but never got another reply. Beyond that, the one product that wasn?t damaged (a disposable vape) barely worked?it died after two uses. I get that issues happen, but how a company handles it matters, and this was handled poorly. I ended up losing almost $70 between the damaged and defective items. This was my first order with them, and it will definitely be my last. I was excited based on the reviews, but this entire experience felt unprofessional. Don?t waste your money unless you?re okay with taking a gamble.

Not Great for Sleep
Tried the full spectrum CBD to help with my sleep issues. It didn?t help at all. I took the recommended dose for a week and still tossed and turned every night. I was really hoping it would be a more natural way to rest, but sadly, no change. I did notice a little less anxiety during the day, but that wasn?t the main reason I bought it. The taste was okay, a bit earthy but tolerable. Shipping was fast at least. Customer support wasn?t much help when I asked for alternative suggestions. They just said ?give it more time.? I understand everyone reacts differently, but this just didn?t do the trick. I?ve had better luck with other brands that offer trial sizes. For the price I paid, it feels like a waste. Didn't Match Lab Results
One of the reasons I chose The Hemp Doctor was because they show lab results on their site. But the Delta 9 gummies I got felt way weaker than what was listed. I?m used to edibles and have a pretty average tolerance. After taking one, I felt almost nothing. Even after two, I didn?t get the level of effect I expected from the listed mg. I started wondering if the potency was even close to what the lab test claimed. I sent an email asking about the batch and if they could confirm the testing. They gave me a vague answer and didn?t seem interested in resolving the concern. If I?m buying something that says it contains a specific dose, it should match. Otherwise, it feels like false advertising. The packaging looked nice and professional, but I don?t care how pretty it is if the product doesn?t work.

Strong Chemical Taste

Weak Effects Across the Board
Bought a few different items to try?gummies, a disposable, and some softgels. Unfortunately, nothing really worked for me. The softgels did absolutely nothing, the gummies gave me a tiny bit of calmness but wore off quickly, and the disposable had a weak pull and died fast. I?ve had better experiences with gas station brands, honestly. I contacted support and asked if I may have gotten a low-potency batch. They basically told me that everyone responds differently and didn?t offer much beyond that. I totally get that, but when three different items all underperform, it?s hard to believe it's just my tolerance. I gave the rest of the products away to friends and they weren?t impressed either. I won?t be ordering again. Just not worth the money or the hassle when there are more effective brands out there.

Decent Product, Poor Service
The product itself was fine. Not amazing, but fine. The problem was the service. I got the wrong flavor of vape and contacted them the same day. It took them almost a week to reply. When they finally did, they said they?d give me a small discount code for my next order instead of replacing the item. That?s not really fair, especially when the mistake was theirs. I expected them to correct it, not just offer a discount on something else. I still used the vape and it worked okay, but I didn?t like the flavor at all?it wasn?t what I picked. Honestly, the service just didn?t feel professional. The company seems more focused on looking good than actually helping their customers. I might buy again if I?m desperate, but I won?t go out of my way to recommend them. Hopefully they improve their customer care moving forward.

Inconsistent Quality

Some were super sticky and clumped together, and others were dry. Felt like I got the end of a batch or something. The effects were hit or miss. One worked well, the next day I felt nothing from the same amount. For a brand that looks so professional and polished online, I expected more consistency. Reached out to support and they basically said I probably have a high tolerance (which I don?t). No offer for help, refund, or anything useful. Honestly felt like a waste of money. Poor Flavor and Weak Effect
Got the Delta 9 taffy hoping for a good combo of taste and effect, but sadly got neither. The flavor was overly artificial and left a weird film in my mouth. More importantly, the effect was almost non-existent even after taking two pieces. I waited over an hour and barely felt any difference. I?ve used other hemp products and never had such poor results. I reached out to their support just to ask if maybe I got a low-potency batch, but they just pointed me back to the lab results on the site. No apology, no alternative suggestions. It felt like they weren?t really interested in helping. I finished the rest of the pack over several days, just to not waste it, but each time it was the same disappointing experience. At this price, I really expected more from the product and the company.

Not the Best Taste
Bought the Delta 8 edibles thinking they?d be a nice option for weekends. But the flavor was odd, almost like perfume or cleaning fluid?really not pleasant. I forced myself to try a few more because I hate wasting money, but it didn?t get better. The effects were okay, but not strong enough to justify the bad taste. My partner tried one and had the same reaction. I emailed the company to ask if maybe they had changed their recipe, but they just said it was normal. No solution, no alternative suggestion, nothing. I wanted to return them but apparently, that?s not an option once opened. It?s a shame because I really liked the brand?s image and wanted to support them. But with flavor this bad, it?s hard to keep buying. If they updated the formula or made taste testing an option, I?d reconsider. Until then, I?m out.

Cart Clogged Right Away
Ordered a Delta 8 cart and within the first few puffs, it started clogging. I tried all the usual tricks?warming it up, taking soft draws?but nothing worked. It would clog, spit, and then overheat. Ended up wasting a big chunk of the oil trying to fix it. Contacted support and sent them a video, but their only response was a link to a blog post on how to unclog it. No replacement offered, no refund, just a blog link. That?s not helpful. The product quality just wasn?t there, and I don?t feel like they cared to make it right. I really expected better, especially from a brand with a clean, professional image. If you?re going to sell premium-priced products, they should function properly. I?m not going to take another chance. Too many other brands out there doing it better?and treating customers better too.

Easy to order and very reliable
Ordering from their site is easy, and my package always arrives within a few days. Tried several items now, including their bath bombs which are underrated IMO. Great for sore muscles after gym sessions. One cart leaked a bit, but they replaced it no questions asked. That kind of service goes a long way.

Delivery Delays + Weak Product

When the package finally arrived, the gummies felt a bit stale and lacked potency. I had to double my usual dosage to feel anything, and even then, the effects didn?t last long. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I was relying on these products to help manage anxiety. I emailed customer support and their only response was to tell me that delays were common during sales. No apology, no partial refund, nothing. Packaging Was Sloppy
I don?t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to this time. I got my order and the packaging looked thrown together. The seal on the edible pouch wasn?t fully closed and the gummies were stuck together. Nothing looked tampered with, but it didn?t give me confidence. The gummies worked okay?not great, not terrible?but the presentation really put me off. I expect more from an online company that charges premium prices. I messaged them about it and got a vague ?we?re sorry, this happens sometimes? response. No refund, no credit, just a brush-off. The product?s effects were mild, so not a total loss, but the whole experience left me unimpressed. If they improved their packaging and QC, I might give it another try, but right now I just don?t trust them with my money.

Helps Me Stay Focused
