Delivery international, but I wasn?t given a clear estimate of customs fees beforehand, and additional charges were high. Bottle arrived fine. Support explained afterwards. Stock availability was confusing

They offer high-end spirits like Don Julio 1942 Limited Edition and Patr?n Sherry Cask. Nice selection. But added instalment-payment option (PayJustNow) had unclear fees until late. Poor service and slow delivery

Needed a gift last minute and they suggested a nice Japanese whisky. Came with a sweet note and delivered fast. Bottle arrived safe and my friend loved it. The service felt personal, almost like they cared.

Website navigation confusing at times
Finding what I wanted was difficult because some categories overlapped and search filters didn?t always work properly. It took me a while to find the whisky I wanted. Once I ordered, delivery was okay but site usability needs improvements.

Good gins but shipping slow
I ordered the Muti Gin and was intrigued by the fynbos botanicals. Flavor was interesting, overall decent. But shipping took nearly a week longer than promised and I didn?t get much tracking info. Bottle arrived fine, no damage. Support replied but slow. The product itself was okay. Might order again but I?d check delivery timing more carefully.

Packed with real care
My Yamazaki 12yr came wrapped and sealed beautifully. You could tell someone took care with the packaging. Felt premium.

Great Curation
Loved their mix of small-batch wines and sustainable spirits. Staff was warm and really knew their stuff. Found a French red I?d never seen before. Only thing I?d fix is how narrow the aisles are?it gets cramped fast. Still, it?s a charming local shop worth checking out if you want something different from the usual liquor store fare.

Organic and Helpful
Staff explained the difference between two organic reds I was considering and didn?t rush me at all. The selection felt very curated. I just wish they had a better online ordering system?it felt a bit outdated. But they made up for it in-store with attention and packaging care. I?d still choose this over a big chain any day.

Amazing selection, smooth delivery
I ordered a rare Glenmorangie Elementa and they delivered it within 4 days. Packaging was solid, no damage. Price was fair, even with VAT. Really appreciated how they kept me updated. Will definitely use them again next time I want something special.

Delivery was really slow and unclear
I was excited to get a special bottle of Bain?s Cape Mountain whisky, but the delivery took over a week longer than expected. I didn?t get enough updates and had to chase customer service a few times. The bottle arrived safe but the waiting and lack of communication really spoiled the experience for me.
