The Build Card

Jackson Rodriguez
Helpful with minor delays
The system handles multiple user permissions well. Transactions sync sometimes a minute or two late, but not problematic. Good onboarding and quick helpdesk. Just wish receipt geotagging was added.

Ella Martinez
Login troubles occasionally
Mobile app sometimes logs me off randomly. Refresh fixes but it?s annoying during field tasks.

Finnian Singh
Overall okay, could improve UI
Clean design but slow transitions and occasional glitches.

Claire Wright
Exactly what I needed
Needed a card for project purchases?this fits perfectly. Analytics tab is neat. No reliability issues so far.

Delaney Toure
Flawless expense management
From issuing virtual cards per project to uploading receipts and assigning categories, everything here is well designed. Approval workflows ensure no splurge happens unchecked, and budget threshold alerts keep us vigilant. Exporting data for payroll and reimbursements is straightforward. Feels like a mature solution for mid?sized teams.

Asher Thompson
Good but 1 feature missing
The virtual card is handy, but lack of built-in receipt capture is annoying. Other than that, interface is slick, notifications are reliable, and monthly review is easy. Hope they add receipt feature soon.

John Richardson
Good overall with little issues
Build Card stands out for ease of use in managing procurement tasks. The hierarchy of user roles lets me restrict spending. Reporting functions work well, although I?d like more filter options. A minor UI glitch in mobile was quickly patched. I feel confident recommending it to fellow project managers.

Evelyn Hill
Good concept, flawed execution
Build Card seems good in theory, but missing features like recurring expense scheduling.

Khloe Brooks
Too many bugs on mobile app
I started with high hopes, but the mobile app has let me down consistently. It crashes often when trying to issue a card, especially if switching between tabs. There was also a strange bug where my spend reports didn?t load unless I logged out and back in. Tried reinstalling and clearing cache, but no improvement. Desktop version works better, but we?re a mobile-first team, so this hurts our workflow. Also, cards don?t always update spending limits immediately?even after editing. That lag caused one of our team members to get declined at a supplier store. The app looks clean, and the core idea is useful, but it?s not reliable enough yet. I?ve reported the bugs multiple times, but each time the response feels canned?thank you for your feedback. This could become a powerful tool if stability improves, but right now it feels like we?re beta testing an unfinished product.

Brianna Weber
Decent, needs vendor reviews
Card functions fine but lacks ability to review vendors. Shipping denote feature would be nice. Otherwise stable and intuitive.

Gabriel Adebayo
Lacking accounting sync features
Cannot link with popular accounting tools. Leaves gaps in bookkeeping.

Carly Henderson
Reliable and neat
No hiccups so far. Spending visibility is excellent. UI is crisp; support answered questions within hours.

Ashley Patel
Nice budgeting helper
Build Card helps me keep track of purchases related to my projects. Love the categorization. Support team is responsive via chat. Everything is transparent and easy.

Jasmine Garcia
Comprehensive budgeting aid
The Build Card has become an essential companion in managing project expenses. My team can issue virtual cards on demand, set category limits and easily track spending in real?time. The web dashboard has all the analytics needed?spend trends, category breakdowns, vendor history?all at a glance. Support is friendly and solved a query about statement exports promptly. Overall, this tool reduces administrative burden and gives transparency I hadn?t with our prior system.

Emma Scott
Minor delays noticed
Payments sync slowly?takes an extra hour sometimes. Support acknowledged but timeline unclear.

Grace Walker
Strong tool for project spend
Using the Build Card for managing materials and subcontractor purchases has been a game changer. The daily summary emails help me stay on top of amounts without logging in constantly. UI is modern and intuitive, though I?d like a dark mode option. Customer service is responsive via chat. Highly satisfied with cost controls and audit logs, but dark mode would make long sessions easier on the eyes.

Brandon Kowalski
Great budgeting tool
Itemized transaction logs help cut down overspend. Easy to export statements. No complaints so far.

Lucy Miller
Recurring charges don?t work well
Tried to set up recurring payments through the card for a few monthly services like equipment rentals and tool subscriptions. But Build Card doesn?t manage recurring charges consistently. Some go through fine, others get flagged or delayed. There?s no way to set up recurring approvals or auto-notifications, either. That means I have to manually watch each transaction, which defeats the purpose. I reached out to support twice and got unclear answers. They told me to ?check with the vendor,? even though the issue clearly lies with their system. Also, the vendor?s info doesn?t show clearly on all transactions, so matching charges is hard. The system might work well for one-time purchases, but if you?re looking to automate vendor payments or subscriptions, it?s not reliable. This feels more like a spending tracker than a real business payment solution. Hoping for improvements soon or we?ll have to move on.

Eva Rodriguez
Account verification slow
Took five days to verify my account. Card arrived late.

Benjamin Jenkins
Useful for field teams
My field crew uses cards easily. Spending limits work well. Mobile access helps us manage orders on the spot. Support is helpful when issues arise.

Harper Lewis
Dependable with small hiccups
Build Card does a great job simplifying expense management: generating cards for team members, setting monthly caps, and receiving alert notifications. I did experience one sync lag that delayed a transaction appearing, but support fixed things promptly. The mobile app is handy for approving new card requests. Overall, I have more clarity over expenses now.

Joshua Bell
A must?have for project teams
Allows fast issuance of cards for subcontractors with controlled limits. Has built?in auditability, easy export options, and excellent mobile?first design. Working across different job sites is easier and more transparent because of this tool.

James Cook
Smooth adoption experience
Transitioning from spreadsheets was effortless. Team picked it up within days, virtual card workflows intuitive. Real?time data helps billing accuracy. Minor request: would love recurring expense feature. Otherwise fantastic.

Ava Sharma
Clean interface
The card?s app looks great and functions flawlessly. Makes expense monitoring a breeze. App notifications are prompt. No long waits for help.

Kevin Gray
Not built for international use
We operate across the US and Canada, and this card didn?t handle foreign vendors well. Several Canadian suppliers couldn?t process our payment even though Build Card support claimed it was possible. Our invoices came back unpaid, and the conversion fees weren?t shown clearly until after the transactions posted. The dashboard itself is clean, but that doesn?t matter when core functionality fails. Support gave us general answers like we?re working on expanding international capabilities, which doesn?t help in a crunch. Plus, the inability to customize expense categories by country makes reconciliation a nightmare. It?s clear Build Card was built for local use and is not yet ready for broader business setups. Our accounting team spent more time fixing errors than actually using the card effectively. Might work for very basic local use, but I wouldn?t recommend it to any company with international vendors.

Jolie Ward
Strong ROI on spend tracking
Added Build Card to our toolbox six months ago. Returns have been great?less paperwork, fewer overspends, expense clarity. Recurring purchase tracking helps anticipate future costs. Virtual and physical cards sync seamlessly. Never had an issue.

Jayden Nelson
Great spending overview
Tracking purchases used to be chaotic, but not anymore. The Build Card lets me categorize costs by job site and phase; receipts and notes can be attached easily. Budget dashboards visualize underspending or overspending in each area, which helps with forecasting. Card and portal both worked without glitches. The setup took under 30 minutes?and that was it.

Cody Jensen
Good but room to grow
App has good core features. Missing advanced spend categorization. Overall, a useful card.

Cooper Baker
Nice but UI lag sometimes
Card is valuable but app occasionally lags on my Android phone. No major issue.

Marcus Green
App lacks offline support
Our teams often work in areas with spotty signal, especially on remote job sites. The Build Card app completely fails in those situations. You can?t view past transactions, card balances, or even basic info when offline. That?s a major gap for us. Field workers need access whether they?re connected or not. Most other apps we use have some form of offline caching?this one doesn?t. When I raised the issue, support said ?app requires connectivity,? which feels like an oversight more than a feature. Even being able to view the last sync data would help. Without that, our foremen are calling the office for card details, which defeats the whole point of mobile card management. Until they add offline access, this app is limited for real-world site use. May be fine in offices, but not in the field.

Hayden Parker
Effective for field teams
Field staff use the card confidently to buy supplies on site. They snap receipts and upload them via mobile app. I get a summary that evening. The notifications are slightly delayed but not major. Interface design could polish further, but it?s professional and reliable.

Blake Singh
Solid card with limits
I like pre?set limits for categories. Payments are processed without a hitch. Wish international vendor support was better, but domestic is solid.

Landon Bennett
Spending limits reset randomly
We issued Build Cards to three team members and were happy the first week. But suddenly, one of the cards had its spending limit reset without warning. We didn?t change anything on our end. The team member was at checkout trying to pay for building materials and got declined. It was embarrassing and caused project delays. When we contacted support, they said it might?ve been a system update, but couldn?t confirm. That doesn?t help us explain things to our vendor. There?s no audit trail for who changed what, and no option to set custom alerts for when a limit is modified. Even though the software looks clean and modern, the underlying reliability just isn?t there. You don?t expect your card settings to change behind your back. That alone makes this too risky for real job site usage. We?re going back to manual tracking until something more stable comes along.

Mackenzie Wilson
Incomplete documentation and training
Signed up a few months ago and was surprised at how little training material was provided. There are no structured walkthroughs, only a help center with scattered articles. No webinars or video guides. It made onboarding a struggle. I expected more guidance for a financial product. We also had issues understanding how to adjust limits or remove users?it?s not intuitive. When we reached out, support was friendly but just sent article links instead of walking us through the process. Our team made a few mistakes due to this lack of clarity, including issuing a card with unlimited spend by accident. That shouldn?t happen. There should be warnings or safeguards. The product may be good for those already familiar with tech, but for busy builders who aren?t software experts, it needs to be simpler. Documentation needs a serious upgrade before we?ll use it at scale.

Henry Allen
Strong ROI on spend tracking
Added Build Card to our toolbox six months ago. Returns have been great?less paperwork, fewer overspends, expense clarity. Recurring purchase tracking helps anticipate future costs. Virtual and physical cards sync seamlessly. Never had an issue.

Joseph Russell
Excellent, though space to grow
Build Card nails the core workflow: budget allocation, spend tracking, centralized receipts. Response on feature requests was thoughtful. Would appreciate a dedicated API. But that?s a minor ask overall.

Destiny Sowah
Features missing for my needs
Card grants project control, yet missing split?transaction feature. Also no auto?receipt upload. For busy contractors that?s a setback.

Colin Murphy
Functional but basic
Card works fine but lacks integrations with tools we use. Hoping for more features in future.

Liam Davis
Poor experience for subcontractors
We gave out Build Cards to a few of our subcontractors to make material purchases easier. At first, things worked fine, but then two cards randomly stopped working. No alerts, no prior notice. The subs had to cover the purchases themselves and wait for reimbursement. It created tension and slowed progress. I called support and was told the cards may have been auto-flagged due to ?unusual patterns,? but these were regular supply stores we always use. I understand fraud protection, but there needs to be more control and communication. I should be notified instantly when a card is suspended. There?s no override option either. We?ve pulled all cards for now and gone back to manual expense tracking. Until Build Card improves transparency and puts tools in place for admin overrides, I can?t trust it for field use. It creates more confusion than convenience right now.

Connor Brown
Fantastic for field use
Field team loves mobile card functions. Control settings are helpful. Integrations easy.

Julian Foster
Model expense tool
Build Card streamlines every part of project purchasing?request, approval, tracking, reporting. I particularly value the visual spend maps. System is stable with no outages. Support chat is responsive and knowledgeable. My financial admin duties have halved.

Brooklyn Ndlovu
Helpful and timely
Card transactions sync fast. Support chat is responsive. A few minor UI quirks, but nothing major.

Ariana Silva
Works as promised
Application approved quickly. Transactions reflect in real time, and expense notifications are helpful. No hidden fees. Team support was attentive when I emailed them.

Mark Rodriguez
We lost trust after 2 months
We tried Build Card with the hope that it would simplify our workflows. For the first couple of weeks, it seemed to do the job. But then problems started. Cards were randomly frozen, some transactions didn?t show for days, and support didn?t respond on time. Worse, there was one instance where a card was used fraudulently and flagged?but we weren?t alerted until the end of the day. That delay meant the card was charged multiple times. Even though the support team reversed the charges later, the damage was already done. My team doesn?t feel confident using the system anymore. It doesn?t matter how polished the app looks if the core trust is gone. Two months in, we?re switching to another solution. It?s just not worth the risk. Might work for low-risk, light spending?but not for teams with real-time needs.

Jennifer Cooper
Transparent and smart tool
With customizable card limits, vendor notes, tag assignments, and downloadable reports, the Build Card provides transparency and control. Our CFO appreciates the audit trail and CSV exports. The system is stable, user roles are well thought out, and onboarding tutorials are clear. This brings structure to small?to?mid?size project accounting.

Eleanor King
Average, not standout
Build Card works, tracks costs, but lacks real?time notifications. Would rate higher if alerts were instant.

David Stone
Limited vendor options
App interface is clean, but vendor listings are minimal. Tried to purchase niche items and couldn?t find them. Card was approved quickly but usefulness is limited until vendor base improves.

Luke Sanchez
Expense categorization is too rigid
Build Card forces you to pick a single category for every expense, which doesn?t always reflect reality. Many of our purchases cover multiple job types or cost centers. There?s no way to split a transaction or tag it with more than one label. This makes our monthly reporting messy and inaccurate. I asked support if a split-tagging option exists and was told it?s not supported yet. Also, the categories are fixed?you can?t create custom ones. I can?t even rename them to match our accounting language. As a result, we have to export everything and redo it in Excel. That defeats the point of using a platform like this. For a small contractor, maybe this is manageable, but if you?re running multiple projects or trying to stay audit-ready, you?ll end up with extra manual work. Disappointing for what could otherwise be a streamlined solution.

Fiona Goldberg
Push notifications unreliable
Some expense alerts come late or not at all.

Andrew Bell
Solid onboarding
Got my Build Card fast and setup was smooth. Card integration into my project workflow is seamless. Support answered questions promptly and helped me link accounts. No issues so far, and I feel confident using it daily.

Kennedy Barnes
Lacks tools for teams
We were excited to try Build Card, but quickly learned it?s not as team-friendly as it looks. Assigning cards was clunky, and we couldn?t set approval layers the way we needed to. There?s no feature for expense comments per line item either, which we used heavily before. We also encountered a situation where one of our cards was declined without warning?even though the budget had room. Customer support explained it was a flag on a vendor, but didn?t notify us ahead. That delay caused an important order to be missed. I expected this card system to streamline things, but it introduced confusion instead. Onboarding documentation was light and missing some FAQs. For smaller teams it might still be usable, but for ours, it lacked several functions we considered essential. We?ve paused use while exploring alternatives that better support team workflows and approvals.

Felix Sharma
Poor expense grouping
Categories are rigid and not customizable. Difficult to group related expenses.

Logan Cooper
Card failed at checkout multiple times
One of the most frustrating things about this service is how often the card simply doesn?t work when you need it. Three different times now our foreman has gone to purchase supplies, only to have the card declined despite available funds. We double-checked limits and balances, and everything looked fine on the dashboard. But the card just failed. Each time, support said it was ?a processing issue? and asked us to try again. That's not acceptable when you're standing in line with materials and a crew waiting on-site. There should be reliability baked in. No one on a busy job site has time to reattempt payments or call support. We signed up thinking this would simplify expenses, but the opposite happened. The trust is gone, and our team is back to using regular business cards. I wouldn?t recommend this unless they fix whatever?s causing these random failures.

Chloe Martin
Thumbs up for small biz
Build card works well for small contractor biz. Helps segment project costs and simplifies bookkeeping.

Isaac Hall
Empowering and flexible
Teams can request cards and set limits instantly, avoiding tedious approvals. Notifications guide project leads about upcoming payments. Dashboard shows vendor and category trends; helps with bidding next job. Very happy with support and product evolution.

Dylan Clark
Fee details unclear
Payments processed fine but fee breakdown is vague. Need more clarity on service charges.

Layla Peterson
Not reliable for fast-moving teams
We work fast?small projects, tight timelines?and Build Card didn?t keep up. Issuing new cards took longer than expected. There were delays in updating spending limits after approval, and once a card showed ?active? in the dashboard but didn?t work at checkout. I get that bugs happen, but this seemed like a pattern. What?s more frustrating is the lack of phone support. Sometimes you just need to speak to someone and resolve it then and there. Instead, you wait on chat or email. Their support is polite, but slow. The expense reports are good and the dashboard looks nice, but if the card doesn?t work in the moment it?s needed, that?s a problem. For contractors or field crews that don?t have time to troubleshoot in the middle of a job, this just isn?t dependable enough. If they fix the delays and strengthen support, I?d reconsider. But for now, it?s shelved.

Isabella King
Excellent, though space to grow
Build Card nails the core workflow: budget allocation, spend tracking, centralized receipts. Response on feature requests was thoughtful. Would appreciate a dedicated API. But that?s a minor ask overall.

Gabriella Russo
Support not always helpful
Replies polite but sometimes vague. Needed more concrete advice.

Lauren Sanders
Basic features missing
The idea behind Build Card is smart, but it?s missing basic things we need. For example, there's no way to tag expenses across multiple projects. We often split materials between two clients, and with this card, there?s no way to handle that. It forces you into one category per transaction. Another issue is the lack of vendor rating or notes. I want to keep notes about which suppliers are late or offer discounts, but there?s no field for it. These might seem like small things, but when you run multiple jobs at once, they matter. We contacted support with a feature request and were told to vote on their public roadmap. That?s not a solution for current gaps. I need something that works now?not someday. We?re still using the card for low-stakes purchases, but won?t be rolling it out to our wider team unless major updates are made.

Elijah Khan
No multi?currency support yet
Needed this for overseas material purchases. Without it, extra burden. Other features are decent but not enough to offset currency limit.

Eric Thomas
Basic but functional
Serves basic purpose; interface clean; lacks receipt scanning or vendor reviews.

Jessica Howard
Flawless expense management
From issuing virtual cards per project to uploading receipts and assigning categories, everything here is well designed. Approval workflows ensure no splurge happens unchecked, and budget threshold alerts keep us vigilant. Exporting data for payroll and reimbursements is straightforward. Feels like a mature solution for mid?sized teams.

Christian Moreau
Easy expense tracking
Tracks expenses neatly. Wish PDF exports were more customizable. Otherwise solid app.

Faith Green
Hard to re?issue cards
Lost one virtual card; process to get a new was convoluted.

Kayla Edwards
Unexpected limits and delays
Signed up thinking this would be perfect for my construction team, but we hit a few snags right away. Limits were lower than advertised, and it took days to get them adjusted?even after submitting docs. The mobile app also logged me out twice while trying to approve card usage. Support tried to help, but their replies were vague and slow. One rep told me to wait 24?48 hours, but I had vendors needing payment the same day. What?s the use of a spend card that delays spending? The reporting tools are fine when they work, but I needed something more responsive. There?s potential here, but it feels like a half-built product being rushed to market. Until the team addresses the responsiveness, app glitches, and approval delays, I won?t be relying on it for real-time project purchases. This caused more problems than it solved for us.

Madeline White
Too many delays in customer service
Customer support has been the biggest issue for us. Every time we?ve had a problem?whether it?s a card not working, a transaction not showing up, or a user not receiving their login?we?ve had to wait 2?3 days for a reply. For a financial tool, that?s unacceptable. We?re dealing with money and live job sites. I need answers in real-time. They only offer chat and email?no phone support. The chatbot never understands our issue, and it usually ends in an email ticket anyway. By the time someone responds, we?ve already handled the problem manually. That?s not the kind of experience we were promised. A tool like this should come with strong support, especially during working hours. I?d even pay more for priority service if it existed, but there?s no option. Unless they invest in better customer care, we can?t rely on this tool for anything mission-critical.

Emily Williams
Fine for simple use
Good for day?to?day purchases. But lacks advanced analytics and accounting integrations we depend on.

Jeffrey Cox
Dependable with small hiccups
Build Card does a great job simplifying expense management: generating cards for team members, setting monthly caps, and receiving alert notifications. I did experience one sync lag that delayed a transaction appearing, but support fixed things promptly. The mobile app is handy for approving new card requests. Overall, I have more clarity over expenses now.

Anna White
Great for builders
Found Build Card useful for organizing budgets across multiple tasks. Dashboard is clean and analytics helpful for quick decisions. Team seems responsive when needed. Would recommend to peers working on freelance gigs.

Cole Gauthier
Great support team
Build Card support is genuinely responsive. Card works well when buying materials. Analytics forecasts are helpful.

Leo Sullivan
Reporting system lacks flexibility
One of the reasons we chose Build Card was for clean project reporting, but it?s way too rigid. You can?t customize report columns, and there?s no way to group data by week or site unless you export and do it manually. The export format itself is cluttered, and doesn?t integrate neatly into our accounting software. I reached out to support asking about QuickBooks syncing and got a very vague reply that it?s ?on the roadmap.? That doesn?t help when I?m mid-invoice with a client. Also, their mobile app doesn?t let you download or view full statements, which makes on-the-go reviews difficult. Even though the concept behind Build Card is useful, these reporting issues cause real friction. If you?re running a small team without accounting software, it might work. But for anyone trying to scale or invoice in real-time, this will slow you down. We?re actively searching for a more flexible solution.

Jordan Long
Empowering and flexible
Teams can request cards and set limits instantly, avoiding tedious approvals. Notifications guide project leads about upcoming payments. Dashboard shows vendor and category trends; helps with bidding next job. Very happy with support and product evolution.

Daniel Papadopoulos
Solid experience
Would prefer multi?currency support, but within domestic use, everything functions smoothly.

Jade Roberts
Model expense tool
Build Card streamlines every part of project purchasing?request, approval, tracking, reporting. I particularly value the visual spend maps. System is stable with no outages. Support chat is responsive and knowledgeable. My financial admin duties have halved.

Carter Wilson
Very practical tool
Simple to issue new virtual cards and track spend per job. Slight interface slowdown sometimes, but service stays reliable.

Lillian Bell
Needs better role management
The platform is decent, but role-based permissions are lacking. We have managers who should be able to approve spending, but the platform doesn?t allow layered approvals or customized access levels. Either you give full control or almost none. That?s not realistic for companies with different teams. I raised this with their support team and was told ?it?s a feature we?re considering.? That?s frustrating because permissions are a basic requirement for financial tools. Also, there?s no audit log showing who approved what, so accountability gets murky. It?s a shame, because the dashboard and spend insights are very well done. But until permissions are improved, it?s too risky to give the entire team access. We?ve restricted usage to just two admins and are evaluating whether it?s worth continuing. If your business needs multiple user levels or strict approval flows, Build Card may fall short.

Eli Robinson
Slow support response
Card and tracking functions fine. Asked a support question and waited nearly 48 hours. Response quality ok, but speed matters.

Kylie Watson
Difficult onboarding and unclear terms
Applying for Build Card wasn?t as easy as advertised. The identity verification process was clunky and rejected our business documents twice, even though we submitted correct files. There was no specific error message?just a generic verification failed. It took a full week and several emails to finally get approved. On top of that, some of the terms around spending limits and usage fees are buried in long FAQ sections instead of being upfront. I had to dig around to figure out what our monthly cap even was. Not to mention, the welcome call was canceled and never rescheduled. When I asked about adjusting card types, the rep just linked me to the help center instead of walking me through it. It doesn?t feel like a service tailored for people who actually build things?it feels more like a tech product made for tech people. Wouldn?t suggest it for small contractor teams.

Audrey Miller
Handy for contractors
Love how quickly transactions show up, and linking vendors is simple. Wish there was integration with accounting software. Otherwise it?s a useful tool for our small construction business.

Harry Brown
Transparent and smart tool
With customizable card limits, vendor notes, tag assignments, and downloadable reports, the Build Card provides transparency and control. Our CFO appreciates the audit trail and CSV exports. The system is stable, user roles are well thought out, and onboarding tutorials are clear. This brings structure to small?to?mid?size project accounting.

Delilah Jackson
Card works but UI could improve
Transactions are reliable, yet the UI occasionally freezes on Android. Minor frustration when uploading receipts. Support replies slow.

Cameron Koul
Good for equipment rentals
Rental payments are smoother now. Card controls customizable. Wish there were push notifications by task.

Ethan Taylor
Needs receipt auto?capture
Uploading receipts manually is time?consuming. App should auto?scan.

Anthony Nkosi
Convenient payment tool
Using the card makes payments easy and transparent. Statements are well-categorized. A small hiccup occurred when linking my bank, but support resolved it in hours. Decent overall experience.

Kaitlyn Price
Smooth adoption experience
Transitioning from spreadsheets was effortless. Team picked it up within days, virtual card workflows intuitive. Real?time data helps billing accuracy. Minor request: would love recurring expense feature. Otherwise fantastic.

Courtney Phillips
Loved the onboarding
Setting up virtual cards for each project was quick and easy. No glitch seen.

Leah Coleman
Vendor blocking caused confusion
One of the major issues we faced was that Build Card blocked payments to a vendor we?ve used for years. There was no heads-up, no warning?it just failed. This made us look bad with the vendor and disrupted the project schedule. When we contacted support, they said the vendor was flagged by their risk system. That?s fine, but where is the alert? I need to know before we send someone to pick up supplies. There should be a list of approved or blocked vendors in the dashboard, but there isn?t. We now have to pre-test each vendor with a small charge to avoid issues. That?s inefficient. Other than that, the platform works okay, but I?ve lost trust in its consistency. There?s no reason this should?ve caught us off guard. We?ve moved large purchases back to our bank card until this issue is fixed or Build Card becomes more transparent.

Avery Adebayo
Efficient and practical
Build Card brings efficiency to procuring materials. Approval flows are logical. Occasionally slight delay in vendor updates, but the team is on it.

Hannah Young
Great spending overview
Tracking purchases used to be chaotic, but not anymore. The Build Card lets me categorize costs by job site and phase; receipts and notes can be attached easily. Budget dashboards visualize underspending or overspending in each area, which helps with forecasting. Card and portal both worked without glitches. The setup took under 30 minutes?and that was it.

Jason Perez
Strong tool for project spend
Using the Build Card for managing materials and subcontractor purchases has been a game changer. The daily summary emails help me stay on top of amounts without logging in constantly. UI is modern and intuitive, though I?d like a dark mode option. Customer service is responsive via chat. Highly satisfied with cost controls and audit logs, but dark mode would make long sessions easier on the eyes.

Angelina Antoniou
Smooth experience overall
Application process went well, took a couple days. UI is intuitive and helps track project expenses easily. Support response time is okay, could improve slightly. Overall, satisfied and feel like this tool adds convenience to my routines.

Maria Thomas
Card issuing isn?t instant
One of the reasons we chose Build Card was the promise of instant card issuing. Unfortunately, that hasn?t been our experience. Every time we try to issue a card, there's a 20?30 minute delay before it shows up in the dashboard. Sometimes it takes longer. In urgent cases, we?ve had to call vendors and ask for payment extensions just because the virtual card didn?t show in time. There?s no real-time notification when the card is ready either?you have to refresh and hope it?s there. We reached out to support, and they just said, ?That?s normal during peak usage.? That doesn?t work for construction teams who rely on fast payments. The lag is frustrating and unpredictable. If card issuing isn?t truly instant, it shouldn?t be advertised that way. This delay has created awkward situations with vendors and slowed down our jobs more than once.

Jack Morris
A must?have for project teams
Allows fast issuance of cards for subcontractors with controlled limits. Has built?in auditability, easy export options, and excellent mobile?first design. Working across different job sites is easier and more transparent because of this tool.

Caleb Hayes
Excellent transparency
All charges are clearly categorized; helpful for reporting. Support responded same day when I had doubts about a charge.
