Fresh taste, calming vibe
Drinking their evening blend while reading is now my favorite habit. The scent is amazing?floral, relaxing. It doesn?t knock me out but helps slow my thoughts. Small leaves at bottom of pouch, but that?s normal. Definitely a repeat buy.

Tastes great, slow delivery
The tea itself is amazing. I ordered the immunity blend and it's very fresh and clean tasting. Felt good sipping it daily. The only issue I had was shipping took longer than expected. Not a dealbreaker but something to be aware of. Would still buy again.

Very refreshing
The citrus green tea is light and refreshing. I usually brew it cold and it turns out perfect. One time I got a pouch that didn?t seal properly but support was quick to help. Slight hiccup but overall a really good experience with this company.

Love idea, but quality varies

Just average experience

Great tea, basic packaging

Okay tea, but not strong

Exactly what I hoped

Lovely aroma and taste

Disappointed with product
I drink herbal tea a lot, so I was excited to try theirs. But the tea tasted stale, and there were bits of stems in the pouch. Didn?t feel fresh at all. I contacted support and didn?t even get a reply. Not a good experience at all.

Chai was delicious

Fresh and smooth

Kids like it too

Surprisingly good iced

Smooth and clean

Didn?t meet my expectations

Overhyped and disappointing
Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to give their wellness sampler a try. Unfortunately, every blend I tasted felt watered down and weak, like the ingredients weren?t fresh. One bag had weird smell too, kind of sour. I didn?t even finish any of them. It?s pretty packaging, sure, but what?s inside didn?t match the presentation. Tried reaching out to ask for a refund or replacement but no one replied. Total disappointment. I really wanted to like it, but just couldn?t get past the quality.

Tasty but subtle
The blends are tasty but lighter than I expected. The detox one especially has a very mild flavor. Not bad, just more subtle. That said, it brews well and feels nice to drink. Fast shipping and the bag reseals great. Might go for stronger blends next time.

I brewed their hibiscus blend cold and it was so refreshing! Added a bit of honey and lemon. Also tried it warm?equally good. It?s a great option year-round. No bitterness at all. Only wish the pouch had more servings but otherwise very pleased with the quality.

Too weak and overpriced

Really not what I expected
I ordered the sleep blend hoping it would help me relax, but honestly, it didn?t do anything. The flavor was super weak, and even after steeping it longer, it just tasted like warm water. Also, the pouch arrived half-open and some tea had spilled in the box. Tried contacting customer service but got no response back. For the price, I expected something fresher and way more effective. Sadly, it just felt like a waste of money and I won?t be ordering again from them.

Happy skin from tea!
Using their skin health tea daily?collagen blend?my skin looks plumper. Taste is pleasant, slightly fruity. Brewed hot or iced both work. My only note: sachet wrapper is kinda loud when you open it early morning. But that?s small complaint. Love this health-forward brand.

Tastes clean and light

Bad service and bland tea
I bought two different blends from TeaSoulution, and both were a let down. The flavors were bland and didn?t match the descriptions. One of the pouches had what looked like tea dust and stems, not real leaves. Also had trouble with shipping?it arrived almost a week late with no update. Emailed them twice, never heard back. I liked the idea behind the brand, but the experience felt unprofessional and careless. Definitely expected higher quality and better service. Won?t recommend it to anyone at this point.
