Could Use Better Packaging

The teas are fine, but the packaging is terrible. Some of the bags do not reseal well, and it does affect freshness. For this price point on a subscription, I would have liked to see more attention to detail. It is frustrating to have good tea that doesn't stay fresh because of poor packaging design.

Good Tea, but Shipping Delays

I truly believe the teas are great; however, I am frustrated about the shipping time. I was expecting timely shipments, but boxes kept arriving late. The flavors were enjoyable, but the delay negated the entire experience. I sent a complaint to customer service; they responded, but there was not much done. It's a shame, because the teas deserve being tried, but the inconsistency of delivery makes it less appealing.

It Lacks Customization Option

The flavor of the teas is excellent. However, because I like drinking herbal teas instead, my shipment usually contains only black teas I do not appreciate. You get to switch; however, they are not obvious about how one does it so. It could be better by allowing more customization possibilities when signing for the subscription itself.

Not Worth Price

The teas are nice. I find that the subscription service is too expensive for what I receive. The sample sizes are small, and some blends taste more generic than premium. For this price, I was expecting to get more varied and different tastes. This might work for some, but for me, it did not make the cut.

Inconsistent Quality

Excellent at some points; not so great at others- Either not flavorful or too bitter. For a premium service, it is disappointing to pay for this inconsistency. I had high hopes with their promise of carefully curated selections and better quality standards. Unfortunately, I also find it hit-or-miss with each package that I get.
