The website had given me an impression that it was a premium experience, but reality failed to match the expectation. The tea I received was stale, and I found no expiry date on the packaging. The customer support team was unhelpful, and they didn't give me a solution. It is frustrating when a brand fails to live up to the expectations, especially when they market themselves as offering high-quality products. I would have thought my money better spent, as I would not shop with TeaIsle again without them making improvements on the quality control and customer service.

"Horrible Taste and Low Quality"
I was so looking forward to trying TeaIsle's range but the tea I received was disgusting. The flavor was completely flat and bitter even with changes to brewing times and temperatures. I ordered a variety of flavors, but they all had a terrible aftertaste. I have been drinking tea for years, and this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. To make matters worse, the packaging looked cheap and didn't feel like it protected the tea well at all. After reaching out to their customer service for a refund, I got no response. Very disappointing. I won't be returning.

"Not What I Expected"
I ordered from TeaIsle due to their excellent ratings and extensive selection of teas. Sadly, my experience didn't live up to the expectations. The variety is extensive, but the quality of tea received was disappointing. The flavors were extremely weak, and the tea bags looked cheap. I have tried both the loose-leaf and the bagged varieties, and neither offered much in the way of flavor or aroma. Furthermore, delivery was longer than stated, which made me more frustrated. The price should be worth so much less. I truly wanted to like this brand, but I'm not sure if I will use it again.

"Poor Customer Service"
While the selection at TeaIsle is quite impressive, the customer service was not up to the mark. I ordered two loose-leaf teas. The packaging was rather sloppy, and by the time I received it, the tea had lost its freshness. When I tried to contact for help, I never got a response in time. Even after repeated follow-ups, I could never get a resolution. I know that delay sometimes occurs. However, in this instance, without even an effort to talk and inform urgency, the experience felt disregarded. I am frustrated because I hoped so much for them to come through.

"Quality Doesn't Match the Price"
I expected more out of TeaIsle because of their advertising with quality of tea that one should not expect for a low price. The tea I received tasted nothing like I expected from it. It was terribly bland, almost tasteless, and not worth paying for. The loose-leaf blends were full of dust and broken leaves, and that really ruined the whole brewing experience. To add insult to injury, my order took a long time to arrive, and it wasn't even properly packed. I was hoping to find a new favorite brand of tea, but sadly, I will not be returning to TeaIsle after this experience.

"Not Worth the Hype"
I tried TeaIsle after reading many great reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The tea bags were flimsy, and the loose-leaf teas didn't bring out the full flavor that I was looking for. "Tea Not Fresh"
Ordered tea from different places and thought that TeaIsle would be an excellent addition to my collection. Unfortunately, the tea I received wasn't fresh at all. The leaves were dry, and the flavor was flat. I could tell that the tea had been sitting around for too long. I called customer service to complain and never got a response. It is very frustrating to pay a premium price for tea that is not fresh. I will go back to my usual suppliers and not give TeaIsle another chance.

I was excited to try TeaIsle's tea after reading so many great reviews, but I was severely disappointed. The taste was off and far from what I expected from a premium tea brand. I ordered tea from TeaIsle based on recommendations, but I was disappointed with my purchase. The tea was lackluster in both flavor and freshness. I tried multiple varieties, but none stood out, and the flavor was weak. This loose-leaf tea resembled dust instead of being made up of actual whole leaves. In addition, the shipping time took a little longer than it was supposed to take and also wasn't well-protected as some of the tea spilled during the transport. I ordered from TeaIsle hoping to find a new go-to brand, but my experience was not stellar. The tea was decent but nothing exceptional. I had very high expectations after reading all the positive reviews, but I was disappointed with TeaIsle. The tea wasn't as flavorful as I expected, and it didn't taste fresh. TeaIsle took far too long to get my order out the door. And when it finally came, I was not impressed by the quality of the teas I received.
