I used TaxRise to help me with my tax debt. Overall, I think they did a decent job, but I have a few complaints. First, the staff was very friendly, and they were knowledgeable, but I felt like there was a lack of communication on their part. I didn?t always know where I stood in the process, and at times, I felt like I had to chase down updates. I understand that these things take time, but I wasn?t expecting to have to follow up as much as I did. When they did get back to me, they always answered my questions, but it just felt like they could?ve been more proactive in keeping me informed. The resolution they came up with was fair, but I think they could?ve done a better job in terms of communicating more regularly to reduce the stress I felt during the process. All in all, they did help me, and I?m glad I chose them, but I do think there's room for improvement in their customer service.
