I ordered a personalized necklace. Product was good, shipping sucked. I ordered this product well in advance for a birthday gift, and it came literally the day after the birthday. Description was exactly as it came but took so much from my experience. Customer service can be more proactive.

Poor Quality Control
The item I received wasn't what I had ordered. While the engraving was correct, the product had scratches and blemishes on it, making it look cheap. Much better quality control was expected from them, at this price at least. I called customer service, but still have not received any resolution in the case.

Disappointing Delivery
I had ordered a customized pendant with a lot of expectation. The product was okay, but the delivery process was really frustrating. It got delayed by almost two weeks, and nobody informed me until I called customer service. When I received the pendant, it looked great, but the whole experience left a bad taste. I know that delays occur, but not being updated on the situation was the least SweetWordSoul could have done. I really did expect much better service for a customized order. So, I reached out to SweetWordSoul's customer service to express my dissatisfaction; the response was slow and very unhelpful. It took several follow-ups before they made an offer to replace it, but by that time, it was too late; the occasion had passed. I would not recommend this company for custom orders. I ordered a custom bracelet for a gift, but unfortunately, the sizing was off. I gave them my exact measurement, yet the bracelet came to be way too tight. Also, the material was entirely different from what was represented online. It felt cheap and uncomfortable to wear. I have contacted customer service, who responded very slowly and not helpfully. They had offered to make a replacement, but by that time the occasion was over. It was quite frustrating, and in the end, I had a product that wasn't even usable. Won't be shopping here again.
