Delays in reporting and payout
I?ve been waiting on a payout for months and the process has been painfully slow. Every time I ask, I get vague answers or promises that it?s being processed. Also the reports on my wine holdings come late or sometimes not at all. For the amount they charge, the service should be much better. I don?t feel confident they?re managing my portfolio as actively as they say.
