SuperMoney

Stella Kim
Looked promising but didn?t help
I started out feeling hopeful because the interface looked professional and easy to use. But the deeper I got, the less helpful it became. Many listings didn?t have full details, and when I clicked to apply, the lender sites had completely different offers. One even said they don't partner with SuperMoney anymore. That?s misleading and wastes users? time. There?s also no customer service response?it?s just a form and an FAQ page that doesn?t cover much. I had to email one lender directly to confirm things. If this site is supposed to make comparison easier, it didn?t do the job. It made me question how up-to-date any of the offers were. A little more accuracy would go a long way.

Savannah Green
Confusing UX
The user interface looks okay at first glance, but the more you use it, the more clunky it feels. Lots of scrolling, repeating offers, and vague descriptions. It could benefit from better design and simpler comparisons.

Harper Young
Clear, fast, no clutter
Everything from layout to functionality worked great. No unnecessary ads popping up, which made it easier to focus on the offers.

Caleb Setty
Straightforward experience
Navigated through loan types and rates easily. Didn?t feel like a sales pitch, just honest comparisons. Support pages added extra clarity when needed. Definitely one of the better platforms out there.

Sofia Marini
Misleading expectations
SuperMoney gave the impression of instant loan matches, but it just led me to third-party sites with zero personalization.

Otis Bell
Feels more like a traffic funnel
The website works, sure?but it doesn?t feel like it exists for users. It feels like it?s built for referrals and clicks. The reviews of lenders seem overly positive and not very detailed. One page praised a provider that had horrible ratings elsewhere. That makes me doubt the integrity of their listings. Even the filtering is limited and clunky. Tried to sort by monthly payment options and got a jumbled list that made no sense. And then, of course, half the links redirect you without any preview of what you?re applying for. Feels like they?re prioritizing volume over user clarity. If you?re looking for true comparisons, go with a tool that doesn?t hide behind affiliate links. At this point, it?s more frustrating than helpful. Could be useful with more honest, up-to-date, and objective lender data?but it's not there yet.

Asher Majumdar
Navigating options was painless
Compared insurance quotes and loan rates in one session. No need to sign up right away, which was a relief. Very low-pressure and easy to follow.

Liam Phillips
Cluttered and repetitive
Tried using the loan comparison feature, but kept getting the same five lenders, regardless of how I changed my preferences. The layout is also very text-heavy, which makes it hard to digest the information quickly. I expected a smarter filtering system and more variety in offers.

Aurora Bell
Needs better explanations
Most terms were clear, but some loan descriptions used vague language. Not a dealbreaker, but worth improving. Rest of the experience was fine.

Joseph Baker
Not what I needed
I was searching for a business credit card with rewards and low interest. SuperMoney offered a bunch of cards, but none really fit what I was looking for. No advanced filters or sorting options either. It felt like a generic list with no real personalization.

Oscar Powell
Great tool for rates
I used SuperMoney to check loan rates and was surprised how many lenders popped up. It felt more organized than going site to site. It?s a bit text-heavy, but the info is solid.

Anthony Varghese
Decent overview but missing one detail
The site gives a solid overview of finance products, and explanations are easy to follow. But it didn?t include one provider I looked for, which was a bit off?putting. Still, helpful enough to start comparing right away.

Ethan Miller
Helpful for first-timers
I?m new to borrowing, and SuperMoney made it feel less overwhelming. Their guides and explanations were easy to follow.

Olivia Brown
Just a list of ads
Felt more like a directory of sponsored links than a genuine comparison tool. I had to input my info again on every lender site.

Ruby Adams
Misleading lender results
SuperMoney claims to show multiple loan offers, but the results I got were mostly redirects to third-party sites that asked for the same information all over again. It felt more like a lead generation site than an actual comparison platform. After filling out personal details, I expected pre-qualified offers, not just vague links to partner lenders. The process was repetitive and honestly frustrating. Nothing was personalized either?it?s just a general list of lenders.

Isaac Srinivasan
Good service with few hiccups
Overall solid experience. One lender link didn?t work, but the rest loaded fine. APR and term info was clear. Didn?t feel overwhelmed by too much finance-speak.

Sawyer Howard
Not enough depth to compare meaningfully
Tried using it for personal loan comparisons, but the options all seemed very similar, with not much detail to help me make a decision. The comparison pages lack real depth?many of them just show the same lenders with slightly different text. There?s no side-by-side breakdown that shows fees, prepayment penalties, or approval timelines. And the language they use isn?t always clear for non-finance users. One page even had a typo in the lender name, which makes it seem rushed. If you're trying to choose between complex financial products, this site doesn?t offer the level of info needed to do it confidently. It may be good for a first glance, but definitely not for making final decisions. They need more frequent updates and better vetting of what?s published. Otherwise, it?s just surface-level fluff.

Freya Rivera
Had better luck searching manually
Honestly, I expected more. The platform talks about simplifying the search for loans and financial products, but in the end, I found better options by just Googling and going straight to lender websites. The info on SuperMoney felt outdated in a few cases. One lender even told me their rates had changed months ago. The comparison charts are clean, but if they?re not accurate, they don?t help. Also, too many lenders had vague listings with missing fees or incomplete terms. A comparison site should offer more than what?s already public. It should give added value?like verified user reviews, breakdowns, or insights. Instead, this felt like a middleman just collecting clicks. Not worth the extra step if you still have to confirm everything directly anyway.

David Walker
Doesn?t stand out
There are so many other platforms doing the same thing, and honestly, SuperMoney doesn?t do it better. It feels outdated and oversimplified. A lot of pages repeat the same info, and filtering options are pretty limited. Nothing really stood out about the experience.

Clara Svensson
Time-saver
Found several loan offers I hadn?t seen elsewhere. The site doesn?t waste your time. Relevant info only. Really helped shorten my research process.

Stella Goldberg
Not bad for loan checks
Platform worked well overall. Loan details appeared quickly, and I liked the ability to compare interest rates side by side. Could use some visual updates though?felt a bit plain at times.

Carlos Mendes
Repetitive lender options
Most of the lenders shown were repeated and didn?t vary much by category. The comparison feature is pretty weak overall.

Scarlett Baker
Pretty solid results
Found three loan providers through here that I?d never heard of before. Got good offers and the process was straightforward.

Silas Goel
Felt more like an ad page than comparison site
Everything looks neat at first, but after digging around, it just feels like a long sponsored page. Most of the providers listed are repeated across categories and don?t offer anything unique. It didn?t feel like an independent tool but more like it?s pushing specific companies. Some filters didn?t even change the results that much. A few lender cards led to broken links or 404 pages, which gives off a lack of care in maintenance. It?s like they made a shiny front, but no one is making sure it works underneath. Also, too many options had vague details, so it was hard to compare properly. For example, one listing didn?t show any fees, which is basic info. Customer help links were buried deep and not responsive either. Wouldn?t use it again unless they overhaul how listings are managed and give more transparency about how providers are featured.

Jasper Ahuja
One of the more honest platforms
Loved how transparent it was with fees and lender info. No aggressive advertising or pop-ups. It gave me confidence in choosing the right lender.

Layla Gauthier
Simple and effective tools
No pressure or jargon. Just clear terms and easy navigation. Sorted options quickly and felt confident moving forward. Nice to see transparency in a space that?s usually confusing.

Victoria Clark
Waste of time
Was excited to try SuperMoney after reading about it, but the actual experience was underwhelming. I ended up using another site that gave me real, personalized offers without all the back-and-forth. SuperMoney felt more like a content portal than a true financial tool.

Beatrice Gray
Helpful but slow at times
I noticed some lag while loading the comparisons. Besides that, the data was clear and helped me shortlist some options.

Alice Dubois
Informative for first-timers
As someone just learning about credit options, this tool was a great help. Explained things well, and didn?t push any specific product.

Helena Fischer
Easy to compare rates
SuperMoney made it simple to see different personal loan options side by side. The filters helped narrow down what fit my needs best.

Gabriel Wright
Smooth navigation
Pages load quickly and the loan categories are clearly labeled. Makes comparing a lot less frustrating than other platforms.

June Perry
Couldn?t reach customer service
Had an issue with an offer not matching what was on the lender site. I tried to reach out to SuperMoney but could not get through to anyone. No chat option, no real-time support, and their contact form just sends you to canned FAQ answers. In a service where people are trying to make big decisions, there needs to be better communication. Without real help, users are left to figure things out themselves. The lender denied knowledge of the offer, so who?s responsible? It becomes a loop of blame and confusion. The platform appears professional but lacks the human support necessary when something goes wrong. At the very least, there should be clearer terms and more prominent disclaimers. Until then, I can?t recommend this for serious financial planning.

Daniel Davis
Info overload, little value
There's so much info crammed into each section that it?s hard to focus. And yet, none of it really helped me pick a good offer. Too much noise, not enough actionable content.

Madison Nelson
Not mobile friendly
Tried accessing SuperMoney on my phone and the experience was glitchy. Filters didn?t work properly and the page layout was off. In today?s world, that?s a major drawback. Ended up switching to desktop, but even there, the functionality was basic.

Lucy Ndiaye
Platform feels a bit dated
Information is useful, but the site design seems a bit behind the times. Still, results were accurate, and navigation was smooth.

Maisie Ross
Trust was broken quickly
I gave SuperMoney a try based on a recommendation, but the experience didn?t go as planned. I found a ?Top Rated? lender and decided to move forward, only to learn that the actual terms were nowhere close to what was shown. After doing more digging, I realized most of the offers are estimated ranges?not guaranteed terms. That should be made much clearer. Felt tricked, honestly. The site doesn?t warn users enough about the possibility of bait-and-switch situations. I understand that lenders change rates, but the lack of real disclaimers or accuracy checks is frustrating. Would?ve rather just gone direct to the bank?s site. In the end, I feel like the site exists to benefit affiliates more than customers. Lost confidence fast.

Zoe Mancini
Good for beginners
For someone new to comparing finance products, it?s a great starting point. Explanations make sense, and results don?t feel overwhelming. Would benefit from a bit more detail in the fine print.

Caleb Green
Really simplified things
I was comparing credit cards and this site helped me narrow things down quickly. The pros and cons made decision-making faster.

Emily Larson
Nothing matched my criteria
Even after filling in my details, none of the offers seemed relevant to my needs. I thought it would be more personalized.

Isaac Hill
Just what I needed
Was hunting for business loan options and SuperMoney made it a breeze. Saved me from opening ten browser tabs.

Penelope Nielsen
Results didn?t match reality
Browsing the site gave hope that there were plenty of loan options, but when it came time to apply, most of them weren?t accurate. A few lenders said they didn?t even work with SuperMoney anymore. That was frustrating after filling out all the info and getting a ?match.? The whole thing feels like it's designed more to collect your details than actually help you secure anything. Loan terms listed didn?t align with what was shown on the actual lenders? sites. Even the APR ranges were misleading in some cases. Feels like they need to clean up partnerships or update the listings more regularly. It?s easy to get pulled in by the polished design, but there?s not much substance once you start clicking through. It?s hard to know what?s real unless you go off-site and double check everything. Ends up being more effort than it's worth.

Wren Coleman
Completely misleading offer listings
I found a loan that advertised low rates and no origination fees. Sounded perfect. But after clicking through, the actual application had multiple charges and required a credit pull just to check eligibility. None of that was mentioned on SuperMoney?s page. I even checked the terms again to be sure?it was just false advertising. There?s no excuse for that, especially when dealing with financial products. Reached out for help and got no response. That?s unacceptable. If a comparison tool can?t even guarantee the listings are accurate, what?s the point of using it? These types of platforms are supposed to simplify the process, not create more problems. I wouldn?t trust any other listing from them now. Once trust is gone, it?s hard to earn it back. Use with caution and double-check everything before applying.

Yuki Tanaka
Got spammed with calls
Right after I submitted my info, I began receiving calls from unknown lenders. Definitely not the privacy I was promised.

John Harris
Too many steps
I was looking for personal loan info, but every step led me to another form. It never felt like a cohesive experience. Each new click felt like starting over, and that made it super annoying. Just give me the direct comparisons without all the hoops.

Hazel Davies
Very helpful overview
Everything is broken down in a way that?s easy to follow. Great tool for seeing real loan offers, not just estimates. Definitely a good step before applying directly.

Ivy Brooks
Useful for beginners
I had no idea where to start with personal loans, and this site gave a great overview. Simple interface and no jargon. Just wish they offered more local lender options.

Nora Olsen
Average, but reliable
Did what it claimed to do?showed lenders and their rates. Nothing flashy. Some offers repeated a bit, but still gave a general idea of what's out there.

Isla Patterson
Inaccurate info cost me time
I relied on SuperMoney to compare lenders for a small business loan, and ended up wasting days on an application that didn?t match what was advertised. One offer looked perfect: low rates, no fees. But once redirected to the lender, it was a completely different story?higher rates and extra charges not mentioned before. I emailed SuperMoney but didn?t hear anything back, not even an auto response. It?s frustrating because I based important decisions on info from their site. And now, my credit has a soft pull and I?m still without a good loan option. Sites like this should do a better job keeping offers updated. Otherwise, they?re just another middleman making it harder instead of easier. I won?t be using this again unless they fix these major flaws.

Emma Thompson
Looked promising, but wasn?t
Read some good things about SuperMoney online but the platform didn?t meet expectations. It?s not bad, but just doesn?t offer the depth or personalization other sites provide.

Ryan Malick
Informative but some typo noticed
Platform shares a lot of useful info about rates and terms. Guided through each step clearly. Noticed a small typo on a rates label, but that?s minor. Otherwise, feels trustworthy and helpful.

Theodore Abraham
Best interface I've tried
Compared to other tools, this one had the easiest layout and fastest results. Loved how it focused on what mattered.

Chloe Lewis
All fluff, no value
The descriptions are generic and don?t actually help with understanding the real terms of each loan. APR ranges are wide and inconsistent, and there?s no real way to know which lender is best for your credit score or income. It's just too vague to be useful.

Nadia Rossi
Good, but can improve
The site is helpful, but some lenders didn?t show clear approval terms. A few more filters would make this even better.

Milo Mehra
Decent start, needs growth
It?s a good tool, but not yet great. Could use more advanced features and maybe live chat. Gets the job done for basic comparisons though.

Liam O?Connor
Clunky mobile interface
Tried using it on my phone but the layout was awkward and hard to navigate. It wasn?t a smooth experience at all.

Milo Foster
Did the job
The service does what it says?shows multiple offers in one place. The design could use a refresh though, it looks dated. But functionality-wise, no big complaints.

Stella King
Okay for a quick look
The tool gives a snapshot of what's out there. It?s not the most comprehensive, but it works well for first-time research.

Owen Puri
Super easy to use
The comparison tools are clean and not cluttered. Browsing through different lenders felt simple and even kind of enjoyable. Helpful pop-ups explained the terms without sounding robotic. No glitches or weird delays either.

Felix Alexander
Not as transparent as claimed
I wanted to compare personal loan options and trusted SuperMoney to give me the full picture. Unfortunately, it didn?t. The site shows a lot of offers, but important things like total repayment cost or whether the rates were fixed or variable were either missing or hard to find. Some listings seemed like ads more than genuine comparisons. One provider led to a different product altogether. There?s also no clear indicator if you?re pre-qualified or just being marketed to. The blog posts read like SEO bait and didn?t offer much depth. I expected more from a financial comparison site. Without better filtering, disclaimers, and real clarity on terms, this platform becomes just another step in a long process rather than a solution. A better experience would include updated offers, lender reviews, and full transparency on who pays to be listed where.

Joshua Hill
Didn?t help me compare well
The rates shown on SuperMoney aren?t clearly broken down. I couldn?t easily see differences in repayment terms, fees, or how APRs are calculated. It?s just numbers on a screen without enough context to really understand what you?re signing up for.

Michael Wilson
Disappointed with results
I expected customized loan offers but just got redirected to generic lender pages. No real pre-approval or filtering happened. It didn?t save me any time.

Jude Griffin
Application outcomes didn?t match site claims
I chose a loan offer based on what I saw here, expecting it to be a soft pull and just a rate preview. After applying, I got a hard inquiry and none of the terms matched what SuperMoney displayed. That?s a serious issue. When a site says no hard pull, and one happens, it damages trust. And since SuperMoney doesn?t process the loans themselves, they push responsibility to the lender. But users shouldn?t have to suffer for a partner mistake. There?s also no real-time confirmation of rates?just static ranges that don?t help with actual decision-making. Customer service wasn?t responsive, and that made the experience worse. The platform might be good for browsing ideas, but not reliable for action. Accuracy should come before aesthetics, and that?s where this site falls short.

Nathan Verma
Made loan shopping stress-free
Comparing personal loan options used to feel overwhelming, but this platform actually made it simple. Clean design, transparent numbers, and no surprise ads. Very user-centered.

Sarah Kouassi
Clear and friendly interface
Website design is approachable and easy to navigate. Felt comfortable browsing without stress. Tools worked without glitches, and options for credit cards and loans looked balanced. No hidden fine?print stood out. Could add more filtering options, but overall very useful.

Ella Campbell
Felt more like ad space
While the site looks neat on the surface, most of the links led me to what felt like paid advertisements. There?s very little transparency about which lenders are being promoted or why. I was hoping for more unbiased comparisons but instead got pushed toward lenders that probably paid to be featured. Not much help if you?re actually shopping for the best deal.

Mason White
Gave partial info and outdated results
Tried to compare debt consolidation loans, but the results didn?t show key details like origination fees or repayment schedules. Some of the lenders listed no longer even offered the advertised terms. It really defeats the purpose of a comparison tool if the listings aren't kept current. One lender had a broken application page that went nowhere. The experience felt rushed, like they care more about showing a long list than a reliable one. The site also has limited contact options, so getting questions answered wasn?t possible. Even the blog content seemed written just for clicks, not for actual help. There?s potential here, but the execution is lacking. Without accurate info, this tool becomes just another directory instead of something useful. People trying to make financial decisions need reliable data. Until they update more often, it's hard to depend on SuperMoney for anything serious.

Owen Hall
Great resource
I use SuperMoney often when helping friends explore financial options. It?s consistently accurate and not overloaded with ads or sponsored junk.

Ruby O'Connell
Useful but needs polish
Layout is nice and clean. Some comparison results seemed a little outdated though. A refresh on provider info could help make it more reliable.

Ava Johnson
Could be a scam risk
I got concerned when the site pushed me to unknown lenders I?ve never heard of. There?s no way to verify their legitimacy through SuperMoney, which is risky. I?d rather go with a more reputable source.

Declan Morgan
More confusing than helpful
It looked simple at first, but ended up more frustrating than expected. Too many repeated listings, vague terms, and not enough filters to actually sort anything efficiently. I tried narrowing results by credit type, but the results barely changed. That made me question if the filters worked at all. Contacting support didn?t clarify anything either?got a generic reply. A few loan descriptions looked like copy-paste text from lenders, with no context or comparisons. What?s the point of a comparison tool if it just recycles what?s already on each site? If they could add more transparency, such as how rankings are made or which lenders are paid placements, maybe it?d feel more trustworthy. But right now it feels like another aggregator built for clicks, not real help.

Sylvie Murphy
Unclear terms and misleading layout
Navigated through several loan categories and the layout seemed intuitive at first, but deeper in, things got sketchy. Some offers had stars and ?top pick? labels with no explanation why. That just feels like paid placement, not real rankings. I also noticed the same lenders being recommended across unrelated categories, which made me question if the site was being honest. Clicking into a lender led to a vague info page with barely any specifics. There should be a clear breakdown: APR, terms, late fees, etc. Instead, it felt like filler text to get people to click out. And once off the site, it?s a different experience entirely. Misleading and not well maintained. Transparency is everything in finance. If that?s missing, the whole platform becomes questionable.

Sofia Roberts
Didn?t feel secure
After entering my information, I was redirected to multiple third-party sites asking for even more details. It made me uncomfortable, especially with no clear explanation about how my data was being used. Privacy concerns aside, the process wasn?t streamlined. Would not use again.

Marcus Bennett
Clear breakdown of fees
I liked how each offer listed interest rates, terms, and fees up front. No hidden surprises. It saved me a lot of guesswork.

Violet Schmitz
Mostly helpful
Overall experience was positive. Platform had useful graphs and descriptions. Some providers didn?t show detailed fees, though. Would be great if that part was more consistent.

Arjun Patel
Didn?t add much value
I could?ve Googled the same lenders myself. The site didn?t provide anything extra or unique to justify using it.

Gabriel Kaur
Could be more flexible
Worked fine on desktop but seemed slower on mobile. Also, would've liked a few more filtering features for loan types. Still, better than digging through individual lender sites.

Eliza Long
Loan shopping made easy
Loved how the site laid out each option clearly. It didn?t feel pushy or salesy either. Found a lender that suited my needs within minutes.

Hugo Price
Impressed by clarity
SuperMoney breaks things down so it?s easy to understand, even if you?re not financially savvy. I appreciated the little explanations under each rate.

Leo Dhawan
Too many steps for basic info
The site looks nice at first glance, but trying to get real loan offers felt like a maze. Multiple pages just to see options, and half the lenders listed didn?t lead anywhere useful. There?s no quick-view feature for all the APR details unless you dig through each listing. The process ends up wasting time when it could be more direct. Also, some of the data felt out of date. One credit union listed hadn?t updated their offer since months. There should be a way to sort by actual availability. Contacting support didn't help much?it led back to FAQs. This kind of setup makes it hard to trust the results. The design gives a good first impression, but that fades fast when you're in a hurry and just need accurate rates. Not the worst platform, but definitely not the most reliable either. Some fixes could really turn this around.

Nathan Choudhury
Could improve search filters
Helpful results overall, but the filter tool was a bit clunky on mobile. Took longer than needed to refine the results. Otherwise, accurate and clean presentation.

Lily Adams
Got spammed after use
After entering my email and phone number, I started getting marketing emails and robocalls from lenders. It?s obvious that SuperMoney shares your data without being fully transparent. Not cool.

Finn Bhatia
Much better than expected
Wasn?t sure what to expect, but SuperMoney turned out to be super helpful. They organize the financial info well without throwing too much at you.

August Sullivan
Too much marketing, not enough substance
After going through several comparisons, it?s clear that a lot of the listings on SuperMoney are just thinly disguised ads. Many providers are shown multiple times under different categories, which makes it seem like there are more choices than there actually are. Clicking through often leads to generic application pages, not personalized offers. And when you?re hoping to see clear loan terms upfront, that matters. The filters are too basic and don?t let you sort by important things like funding time or penalty fees. It?s not the worst interface out there, but the usefulness just doesn?t live up to the first impression. This could be a great site if they invested more in data accuracy, stronger filtering, and a little less ad clutter. Right now, it?s just okay if you?re browsing casually?but not for making serious decisions.

Priya Shah
Privacy concerns
I was uneasy after being redirected to several unknown sites asking for personal information. Felt risky and untrustworthy.

Noah Parker
Not what it promises
The platform says it gives personalized loan offers, but all I saw were generic suggestions with no real pre-approval or even soft check info. Once I clicked through, I had to start from scratch on every lender?s page. Felt like a waste of time. If you?re expecting an actual side-by-side comparison of solid offers, this isn?t it.

Grace Young
No actual loan offers
After spending over 15 minutes filling out details and reading through profiles, I didn?t get a single offer that was actually tailored to me. Just generic links that took me offsite. What?s the point of using a comparison tool if you have to apply separately anyway?

Olivia Patel
Useful and straightforward
SuperMoney worked exactly how I hoped. I got a list of loan offers within minutes and chose the best one for me.

Wyatt Kulkarni
Quick results, clear details
Found a few good credit card options within minutes. Site didn?t lag and results felt personalized. Really liked the ?pros and cons? section next to each lender.

Calvin Sanders
Needs better user guidance
The layout is fine, but there?s little direction on how to interpret the results. No tooltips, no guidance on how to choose between loan terms or types. It assumes you already know what everything means, which isn?t true for a lot of users. I had to Google half the terms myself. One section said ?pre-qualified,? but it was actually just a suggestion?not a real offer. That?s misleading and confusing. There?s also no way to tell if a review is genuine or sponsored. I like the concept of the site, but the execution doesn?t feel user-focused. It?s more like a catalog than a tool. Financial choices can be overwhelming, so any platform trying to simplify that needs to actually educate. Right now, that part?s missing.

William Jones
Too many emails afterward
After using SuperMoney, I started getting promotional emails from random lenders. I didn?t expect my data to be shared so freely.

Hazel Scott
Easy to understand
I appreciated that every offer came with terms clearly explained. You don?t have to click a bunch of links to get the full picture.

Scarlett Sowah
Just okay with limited info
Site loads quickly, and layout is neat. But some options don?t provide deep enough info. A few missing lenders made it hard to fully rely on.

Audrey Jenkins
Application process went nowhere
I found a loan offer that seemed perfect?low APR, fixed monthly payment, and no origination fee. Clicked through and filled out the initial form, but after that, nothing happened. No email, no confirmation, not even a page saying what comes next. Tried going back through the SuperMoney page and starting over, but same result. Tried three lenders and had a similar experience with two of them. That?s a major red flag. When I reached out to customer service, all I got was an FAQ link that didn?t explain anything. Felt like the site is there just to funnel you into generic lender sites, and then leaves you on your own. I expected some level of accountability or follow-up, but there was none. If you're going to help people with money decisions, make sure your process actually works. Right now, it just feels broken.

Evelyn Stone
Missing a few features
It works well, but I?d like to see filtering by repayment terms. Still, it gave me a decent list of loan choices.

Madison Wagner
Fast and user?smart
Loan comparison feels fast and intelligent. Platform seems to understand needs without being pushy. Decision tools are smooth. Felt like a friendly guide along a dodgy loan journey.

Andrew Perez
No live customer support
Ran into a problem while using the site and couldn?t find any live chat or quick support. Only a generic contact form. When dealing with financial stuff, quick support really matters.

Willow Kowalski
Didn?t deliver what was promised
The idea of getting tailored results without a hard credit check sounded great, but it wasn?t the case. One provider ended up pulling a hard inquiry anyway, and the rate was nothing like what was shown earlier. It really affects trust when the platform promises one thing and the result is the opposite. Not only that, but the range of lenders felt limited and repetitive. Many names popped up again and again under different categories, which makes the whole thing feel less useful. Contacting support gave a generic reply that didn?t address the issue. You expect more transparency from a financial tool, especially one promoting trust and comparison. If they can?t control what lenders do after referral, they should at least provide clearer disclaimers. Right now, it?s just misleading. Use with caution, or better yet, go directly to lender sites for more accurate information.

Eleanor Costa
Almost perfect comparison tool
Just missing one or two providers I expected. But otherwise, everything was sorted nicely. Very user-centric design and thoughtful UX.

Robert Thomas
Limited lender options
The number of lenders SuperMoney works with feels small. I kept seeing the same names pop up over and over, with minimal variation in terms. Not great for someone looking to truly compare a range of products.

Joshua Saxena
Smooth comparison workflow
Finding loan options was surprisingly simple and clear. Platform feels modern and loaded with helpful filters. Took just a few moments to compare lenders and see terms laid out neatly. Felt like empowerment, not confusion. Good range of choices and fair explanations overall.
