Great Communication

Poor Follow-Up
Follow-up from Sun Realty was not great. I was initially taken through a consultation and didn't hear much after that in a timely fashion. Even when I did, they were pretty vague about the properties in which I showed interest. Generally speaking, I felt ignored throughout this process, which frustrated me.

I feel upset at the non-availabilities regarding transparency with Sun Realty. I wanted some clear ideas about rental terms and their various fees. That didn't come very clearly in, even after numerous repetitions, hence leaving me bewildered on this whole exercise at uncertainty of choosing one property or the other.
