I placed an order over three weeks ago and it still hasn?t arrived. The tracking number they provided is inactive and hasn?t updated since day 3. I?ve emailed their support team multiple times and all I get is a standard ?please be patient? response. No real explanation, no offer of a refund or replacement. It?s been so frustrating waiting and hearing nothing new. The order was meant for a birthday gift and now that date has passed. I understand delays can happen, but they could?ve at least communicated properly or been honest about what?s going on. Their support feels robotic, like they?re just brushing people off. To be fair, the product I received was legit, but the overall experience was underwhelming. The site felt a little clunky and outdated, and the checkout process was a bit slow. Product leaked in transit
I ordered a face serum and a body lotion from Strawberrynet. When the package arrived, the serum had leaked all over the inside of the box. The bottle cap wasn?t secured tightly and there was no seal. The box smelled strong and sticky, and the lotion box was soggy and slightly torn. I contacted support with photos, and they offered me 10% off my next order ? which honestly felt like an insult. I expected either a replacement or at least a partial refund. For a company shipping liquids internationally, I expected better packaging and quality checks. It wasn?t even during a major sale or holiday rush. Just careless packaging. The products themselves seemed real, but that doesn?t mean much if they arrive in poor condition. I might think twice before ordering again, especially for anything fragile or in liquid form.

Disappointed with late delivery
I was really excited to try Strawberrynet after hearing good things, but my experience wasn?t great. I ordered a skincare bundle for a holiday trip, and it took nearly three weeks to arrive. I understand international shipping can take time, but the site said 7?10 days. I didn?t even get a proper tracking number until day 9, which was frustrating. I contacted customer service twice and got generic replies both times, with no helpful info. When the order finally came, the items were okay, but the delay completely ruined my plans. I had to go out and buy replacements locally anyway. It?s a shame because the prices were good and the packaging was neat. But if you?re depending on timely delivery or good support, this site might not be the most reliable. Probably won?t order again unless I?m not in a rush.

One of the best things about Strawberrynet is that the products are never expired or old stock. I?ve had issues with that on other websites, but everything I?ve bought here has been super fresh. Poor communication
My experience with Strawberrynet was frustrating from the start. I placed an order for 3 products and only received 2. One of them was out of stock, but they never informed me. I only found out when I opened the parcel and saw the packing slip marked ?refunded.? The refund came through, but I wasn?t told in advance or even given the option to replace it. I had planned to gift that item. When I emailed them, I got no response for over 5 days. Eventually, someone replied but didn?t really address my issue, just apologized generically. It felt like a very impersonal process, which is annoying when you?re spending your money. I expected better transparency and at least one proper email update. I won?t say everything was terrible, but the lack of communication really soured the whole order for me. Probably my last time ordering from them.

Wrong item sent
I ordered a specific haircare product but received a different version ? completely different ingredients and size. I double-checked my order history, and it clearly showed the correct product, so the error was on their end. I contacted them immediately, and they said they?d investigate. It?s been over a week now and I haven?t received a proper response or resolution. Meanwhile, I?m stuck with a product I didn?t ask for and can?t use. I wouldn?t be this annoyed if they just fixed the issue quickly. Mistakes happen, but the way a company responds is what matters, and in this case, it was a letdown. The return process also seems unclear and not very customer-friendly. I?m just waiting to see what happens, but it?s definitely made me reconsider ordering again. Not worth the hassle if they can?t even send the right item.

Excellent site for gifts

A+ for packaging
I was genuinely impressed with how well everything was packed. Ordered some glass-bottled skincare and expected at least one ding or crack but everything came perfect. Bubble wrapped, double boxed, and sealed. The moisturizer I ordered was fresh and the expiry was two years out. The shipping took 9 days to Dubai, which is not bad at all. This was my first order and I?ll definitely come back again. Their support team also replied within hours when I had a payment question. Safe to say, I trust them now.
