Clean facility and great staff
The facility is really clean and well-maintained. The staff helped me figure out the right unit size, and they were patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed. Easy online setup

"Gate Hours Are Annoying"
The storage unit was fine, but I didn?t realize the access hours were limited. I work late and couldn?t get in after 10 PM, which really messed up my moving plans. Would?ve been nice if 24/7 access was available or at least later hours. Ended up having to wait until the next morning to grab stuff.

Not Worth the Hassle
From the start, this was just frustrating. I reserved online, showed up, and was told the unit was no longer available. Then they tried to up-sell me to a bigger, more expensive one. Felt like a scam. I ended up walking away and going with another company. Not impressed with how they handle reservations.

Clean units, decent pricing

Not What I Expected
Honestly, this wasn?t the experience I was hoping for. The move-in process was disorganized, and I wasn?t told about the insurance fees beforehand. Broken Gate, No Updates
The security gate was broken for a week and no one contacted customers about it. I only found out when I drove there late at night and couldn?t get in. When I called, the voicemail was full. This isn?t how you run a storage business. Security should be a top priority.

Very smooth rental process

Bugs in the Unit

Gate issues

No One Answers the Phone

"Gate Code Constantly Changes"
Every time I went, the gate code seemed to be different. I didn?t get updates and had to call just to get in. Once, I stood outside the gate in the rain trying to reach someone. Super frustrating. For a place that charges premium rates, you'd think they could at least communicate basic access info.

Unit Flooded
Heavy rains came through and my unit leaked. Some of my boxes were soaked. When I reported it, the staff just handed me a claim form and didn?t seem to care. I lost a few sentimental items and didn?t get much help at all. That?s not how this should be handled.

Misleading Promotion

"Mice in My Unit!"
I stored my things for a few months, and when I came back, there were signs of mice inside. Chewed boxes and droppings everywhere. I was so frustrated because some of the damage was to personal items I can't replace. They advertise pest control, but clearly, it's not working. Really disappointed and won?t be using them again.

Disappointing experience
