I ordered a fairly basic part?a door handle?and when it arrived, it had a small crack in the plastic. The box it came in was too big and had no padding, so the handle was bouncing around the whole time. I sent pictures to customer support and got a reply saying they would look into it, but I never heard back. A week later, I followed up and was told they could refund me if I shipped it back at my expense. Seriously? The damage wasn?t my fault. At that point, it wasn?t worth the time or effort, so I just kept it and made do with the damaged part. Disappointing overall. Disappointing Quality Control

One of the Worst Experiences

Confusing Return Policy

Misleading Listings
The site listed a part as fitting my make and model, but when it arrived, it clearly didn?t match the dimensions. I rechecked everything, and the listing was still showing my car as compatible. I reached out and was told I had to pay for the return shipping even though it was their mistake. That was frustrating. I tried to argue the point, but I never got a real resolution. Ended up spending extra money just to fix their error. I understand that car parts can be tricky, but if you advertise compatibility, it should be accurate. Also, the pictures on the site weren?t very helpful?low quality and only one angle. Overall, I wouldn?t call this a scam or anything, but it?s definitely not a smooth customer experience. Felt like more work than it was worth. I?ll be sticking with more well-known stores going forward, even if they cost a bit more.

Terrible Communication and Service
I ordered a window regulator and got a confirmation email saying it would ship in 2?3 business days. A full week passed and nothing shipped. I reached out to customer service and didn?t hear anything back for another few days. When they did respond, it was a generic message saying they were ?experiencing delays.? No real information. Eventually, the part showed up almost two weeks later. It wasn?t even packaged well?it came rattling around in a box with no padding. I installed it and it did technically work, but honestly, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. If you?re in a rush or want clear updates, I wouldn?t recommend ordering from here. They need to be more transparent with delays and improve how they handle communication. A simple email update would have gone a long way. I won?t be taking the risk again, especially with time-sensitive repairs.

Wrong Part, Long Process
I ordered a part for my 2011 Ford and made sure it matched the product number and description listed. When it arrived, it was the completely wrong fit. I double-checked everything and confirmed it wasn?t my mistake. I contacted customer support but had to wait three days just to get a reply. They eventually agreed to process a return, but I had to cover shipping upfront. It took over two weeks to get a refund, and there was no real apology or explanation. I get that mistakes happen, but the whole thing felt unnecessarily difficult. I was stuck waiting with my car half-disassembled while sorting it out. The prices are decent, but if the customer service and part accuracy aren?t reliable, it defeats the purpose. I won?t completely write them off, but I?m hesitant to order again unless I absolutely can?t find the part somewhere else. Pretty disappointing first experience.

Reliable Source for Parts
