Packaging Needs Improvement
I have ordered a number of times and although the water is fine, packaging appears to be a problem that repeats. Some bottles came dented, and once there was slight leakage. Customer service did respond, but it is annoying to have to report problems on a regular basis. The company needs to investigate strengthening packaging materials or handling to avoid this from happening on a repeated basis.

Average Taste, Expected More
