Smooth Experience
Sprintax made tax filing pretty smooth. I was pretty nervous being an international student, but the platform was easy and clear to use. Excellent for Freshers

Too Expensive and Unsupportive
I thought Sprintax would make my filing of non-resident taxes easier, but was I so wrong. It is way too pricey, and their support personnel were not helpful at all. As far as the forms, I had a few problems with them; when asking for help via email the answers felt generic, not very supportive. For this cost, I expect more dedicated people on board. The process may be simple, but the overall experience is way above the price. I think Sprintax can be way more honest about the prices and develop more understanding of customers' needs. If you are in a tight spot with budget or need to be sure someone will get it done, look elsewhere.

Overcharged for its Value
Sprintax was too expensive for what they provide. I paid first dollar thinking they had special expertise as a nonresident alien, which they do not. The instructions were pretty general and don't even cover the more complex questions that I had. Customer support was pretty disappointing too because they took some time to respond and didn't quite give me the answers. It should be such that they give the customer some idea of the price beforehand. In general, the website works; however, I think, paying this premium warrants a comprehensive and customized service; the cost is pretty steep so far. Therefore, if you have something rather unique with your taxes, then Sprintax won't do everything you need.

Limited for Complex Needs
Using Sprintax for non-resident taxes was pretty unfulfilling. Although it completed my basic filing, it didn't impress me in the more complicated tax situations. I had a question about specific deductions and could not get any answers. Customer service is very polite, but it is not very helpful. I had to wait quite a bit of time for the service. Another thing is that it turned out to be pretty pricey because of extra charges. I think Sprintax could improve by having more resources dedicated to non-residents with specific needs. It's good for basic filing but for detailed support, I probably wouldn't pick it.

Not Good For Complex Problems
I applied for non-resident tax services using Sprintax; they didn't do it for me. Bare outlines were cool, though. But the help needed was detailed as my tax situation wasn't run-of-the-mill. There were some unique facts inside which the platform couldn't meet. Support was very polite and friendly but not constructive for rectifying issues. Sprintax changed everything about my tax filling process. Being an inexperienced taxpayer, I had much fear filing as a non-resident. Pretty pricey to file
Sprintax provides fair advice but was shocked at the cost, which is more than I thought. Although this service is beneficial, students or a low budget could be priced out. It is a viable option if you can afford it, however. Good to have around, but if there were cheaper alternatives, that would be great.

Not a lot for specific requirements
Sprintax was helpful but not very comprehensive in certain areas. It's limited when really wanting to know something specific that perhaps wasn't always answered. Customer support was nice, but some answers did seem like they came straight from the answer book. Nice platform but would say add and expand resources on more custom non-resident situations.

Complicated Fees
The Sprintax platform was simple to use, but the fee structure was not. I thought it was to be one initial price, but suddenly fees began popping up. The platform itself was helpful, but they'd be much better off if they were upfront with their charges before starting. That was a little disappointing for a student like me.

Customer Support Needs Improvement
Sprintax: the tool provides pretty useful instructions, but on the customer support side, a bit lacking. When I reached out with questions, it was slow on the draw and not always particular in explaining itself. The platform really does work pretty well for basic filings. If it were to be improved upon by more responsive customer service, it would benefit the users who have more complex questions that need to be asked.
