Mixed experience, not great
Really wanted to love this meal kit?recipes sounded promising. But half the ingredients were wilted or discoloured. One spice container cracked causing aroma loss. Packaging looked good, but protection was lacking. Support team apologized but resolution fell short?they gave a small discount but not enough to compensate. Might try again, but frankly underwhelmed.

Fresh produce with small imperfections
Fruit and veg box included raspberries, lettuce, carrots?taste excellent. A few carrots slightly cracked, but still edible. Packaging eco-friendly and sustainable, too. Would love more herb options. Support friendly and proactive.

Gift basket arrived beautifully arranged. Fresh breadsticks, olives, spreads, small bites. Box looked artisanal. A few breadsticks were broken but still edible. Logistics completely failed
Ordered holiday special platter. Delivery was scheduled but courier cancelled last?minute. Support didn?t inform me, so I only found out hours later. By the time they rebooked, some cheese was past safe temperature. Support offered discount on next order, but holiday event already ruined. Terrible coordination and time sensitivity ignored.

Lost package, no resolution
