Good product, but skeptical

Not a good first experience
This was my first time trying Smoky Sky and probably the last. The checkout was fine but it took over a week for the package to come, and when it did, it felt rushed and barely secure. Product didn?t match the photos, and it looked old. I reached out to ask for a return or replacement but got no real help. Just didn?t feel very professional.
