Customer Service Needs Improvement
I had an issue with one of my orders wherein I received a wrong item; though contacted customer service right away, they took more than a week to respond. When they finally did, they made me jump through so many hoops just to return the incorrect product. Their unresponsiveness frustrated me. Overpriced for the Quality
I was looking forward to ordering from Smokea.com, but after receiving my product, I feel like I overpaid. The piece I got looks decent but feels cheap in my hands. I've bought similar items for much less from local shops. The pictures on the website made it seem like premium quality, but it's really not. Disappointed in my purchase, and I won't be coming back.

Tracking Information was Useless
I ordered and was looking forward to receiving it. Smokea.com does allow tracking information, which isn't updated ever, so I never knew where my package was. It took me weeks to try to reach customer service to find out that it was "delayed." No explanation, no compensation offered. When it finally did come, my interest had waned so much that I was no longer tempted to use the product. So, poor communication there.

Defective Product with No Help
Got my order quick, but product was defective. I ordered this glass piece which arrived with a crack in it. Requested replacement and customer service keeps asking me for more pictures than just fix the issue. Email back and forth for a couple of times then they stopped answering. Now stuck with a useless product.

Not Worth the Hype
I read some positive reviews and thought I'd give Smokea.com a shot. The item I got was nothing special, and to be honest, I could have gotten something better at a local store. The worst part was that it took nearly two weeks to arrive. For the price and shipping time, I expected more.

Website is Misleading
The product I ordered looked amazing in the pictures, but when I got it, it was much smaller than expected. There were no clear size descriptions on the website. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it for something else, but they wouldn't help. I feel like I wasted my money.

Shipping Takes Forever
I ordered from Smokea.com expecting to get my package in a few days, but it took almost three weeks. That's far too long for an online store in 2024. Tracking information barely updated, and I had to email support twice to get an answer. Not worth the hassle.

Missing Parts in My Order
My order came in, but the important piece was missing. I contacted support immediately, but they didn't get back to me for days. When they did get back to me, they wouldn't send the missing part without charging me again for shipping. That's just ridiculous! Not a great first experience.

Not What I Ordered
I ordered a specific color of a pipe, but they sent me a completely different one. I get that mistakes happen, but they didn't even offer to fix it. Customer service kept giving me vague responses, and I eventually just gave up. Now I have a product I didn't want.

Cheap Materials, Overpriced
The item I ordered from Smokea.com looked cool in pictures but feels cheap to the touch. The material used is flimsy, and it will not last too long. Paying for something this expensive made me expect more durability. Really not worth my money.

Customer Support is Nonexistent
I attempted to contact customer service regarding a problem with my order. They never responded. I sent several emails over the course of two weeks and had nothing. If a company can't even respond to its customers, they shouldn't be in business.

Wouldn't Order Again
My order took too long, and the product wasn't as good quality as I would have liked. The customer service was slow and seemed to not care about trying to fix my problem. I will just go to a local shop next time instead of having to deal with this headache again.
