Great, Clean Facility with Friendly Staff

Unpleasant Experience

Also, I had problems with access hours being irregular, which resulted in delays during my move. Although the facility was clean, I would have expected more professionalism, given the cost. Disappointed with Cleanliness
Although the storage units were large, I was really not impressed with how clean the facility was. There was dust and cobwebs present in various places in the building. Also, there was a strong smell of mildew inside the unit when I moved in. I reported this to the staff, but the reply took a while, and the matter wasn't corrected in a timely manner. Considering the cost, I had anticipated more maintenance and cleanliness. It definitely did not leave a good impression.

Overpriced and Mediocre
Smart Self Storage is too expensive for what you receive. The space is okay, but the customer service is terrible. I had billing issues, and it was too long getting them resolved. For the amount of money that I paid, I should have received a better and more efficient service.
