Helpful but too aggressive
The funding arrived in less than 24hrs and that was great. But their staff kept calling me daily to check if i needed more money. Felt overwhelmed by follow?ups, even after declining. Also the APR ended up much higher than expected?I wish they?d disclosed that before. They helped me out but i keep feel uneasy about the sales push. It?s usable service, just needs more balance.

Too aggressive, not transparent
I needed funding for my salon and found Shield online. While they were fast to respond, the follow up was overwhelming. I kept getting calls even after I told them I need time to think. Eventually I gave in, but the interest was way higher than I thought. It was buried in the fine print and not really explained upfront. Also the agent was kind of pushy about signing quickly. I don?t like being pressured like that. Felt more like a sales pitch than financial help.

Efficient but expensive
Applied on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Wednesday noon I had the funds. That speed is impressive. But the interest rate is high and repayment period short. Quick funds but not clear enough

Worst loan experience I?ve had

The person I talked to sounded like he was reading a script half the time. Also, they didn?t really explain the repayment fully, so I was a bit shocked when the withdrawals started so soon. Not the worst ever, but definitely wouldn?t do it again if I had better options.

Wouldn?t recommend to no one
My experience was not good from start. They said I was approved and gave me all these nice sounding terms, but once the contract came it was nothing like what was discussed. I barely had time to look through everything before they started calling me to hurry up and sign. I felt pushed into it. And now I?m stuck with huge daily payments that?s wrecking my business cash flow. No flexibility either. I tried to ask for help but got ignored. This company ain't it.

Helpful but a bit slow
I got a working?capital loan in about 3 days. The team explained options well and they were pretty transparent. A small delay happened due to weekend and that wasn?t mentioned up?front. Still, overall pretty happy with how it all turned out, they came thru in time.

Friendly and fast
