Unresponsive and Unreliable

Cheap Quality Parts

Total Waste of Money

Poor Quality and Service

I bought a jet aerator from this company because it seemed to be of good quality and the price was reasonable. It did not last even a year and a half before the motor died. There is nothing wrong with my system (recently checked professionally). This is totally unacceptable. This is clearly because of poor quality or fault. The company is extremely hard to communicate with. It is impossible to get them to reply to emails or online questions. I was even informed by an employee that the online query does not work. I sent the photo as they asked me to and inquired via email. I also followed up two weeks later as they did not reply (once again). Then I finally received the answer that they were going to apply a credit of $63.75 towards a new motor that was priced at $325 leaving me to pay out of pocket another $261.25 for the same exact unit. An upgrade would naturally be additional cost, but I could keep the grand $63.75 credit towards that (sarcasm most definitely intended). I attempted to discuss it with them but was merely emailed a copy of their terrible prorated warranty that clearly only covers around 13% of the purchase price for the time frame that mine failed under ($475 purchase price; $63.75 credit). I don't know how this company has an A+ rating when they won't back up their product and they have so many similar complaints online and on the BBB site. What a group of scam artists!
