Overall, I am very pleased with the service of Seek Capital. It was relatively easy to apply, and customer service representatives were helpful. I only wish that the speed of funding could have gone a bit quicker and that some of the communications could've been quicker. But once the loan had been approved, everything worked out just fine, and the funds transferred with no problem.

Quick, But Some Hidden Fees

I was able to get the loan relatively quickly, for which I am thankful. However, I was a little surprised that there were some additional fees added that had not been transparent during the approval stage. The process should've been pretty straightforward at this point. Of course, the money did arrive on schedule, but the communications could have been more upfront.

Excellent Experience

Seek Capital granted me an excellent experience. Easy application, great customer service, and my funding was deposited into my account super fast. Everything to do with fees and terms was highly transparent thus making me comfortable throughout the process. Yes, I would use their service any time again.

Frustrating Experience

Unfortunately, I found working with them a bit frustrating. The application itself was relatively easy, but it was just that my questions concerning the terms of the loan were not that readily available. Also, processing took more than it actually should have, and I also found the communication unsatisfactory. Never will I use them again in life.

Solid Service, But Could Improve Communication

Everything went fairly smooth with Seek Capital. The application was easy, and I got the money that I needed. While I do feel that sometimes they can do a little better in terms of communication. Sometimes, it felt like I had to call them too much for updates. On the plus side, their funding was secure, and I am satisfied with the experience.

Good Service but Overwhelmed by Fees

I was happy, more so, with the service provided by Seek Capital. The application process was very easy and time-efficient. However, upon reviewing the terms, I found them to be much more expensive than I thought they would be. I expected them to be at least somewhat transparent, and the extra fees really threw me off. I got the funding, but at higher costs than what was originally expected.

Not What I Expected

I am very disheartened with my experience with Seek Capital. While the application process was pretty smooth, I couldn't really understand the terminology of the loan provided and felt there were hidden charges that I was unaware of at the very start. The funding took a little more time than estimated, and I had to follow up several times with the company for updates. I will not be using their services again.
