Too Expensive and Terrible Customer Service
"I was very dissatisfied with my experience at Security Public Storage. The rates were way higher than I anticipated, given the run-down state of the facility. The employees were not welcoming or helpful when I required their aid, and they did not seem to care about my issues. I also experienced problems with accessing my unit. After experiencing the subpar service and high rates, I moved my items elsewhere."

Disappointing Experience
"I was expecting a lot more from Security Public Storage, and my experience did not live up. The process of renting was unclear, and the employees were not accommodating when I needed information. My rented space wasn't cleaned as well as I was hoping, and I had some issues with the security features as well. I went about searching for another facility. I would not use this facility unless they enhance their customer service and facility upkeep."
