I had placed an order for assorted seafood for my family gathering, hoping to serve them in prime condition. It came late and upon unpacking, I noticed the melted ice packs, too. Further, the fishy smell made it unsuitable to be consumed. So I complained about the dissatisfaction with Sea2Table. Indeed they were apologetic; however, their reship took some time more than the given promise. By the time the replacement order arrived, my event was over. Although their customer service team was very nice, I was very frustrated with how long it took to resolve the issue. At this price point, I had much higher expectations for quality control and delivery reliability. I won't be reordering from Sea2Table anytime soon.
