Efficient, friendly, and super helpful
Can?t say enough good things about our experience with SafeStreets. The whole process was smooth from scheduling to installation. The technician who showed up was friendly, explained the process clearly, and didn?t try to sell us anything we didn?t need. He asked where we felt most vulnerable and made suggestions that actually made sense. Installation was neat, fast, and professional. He even helped troubleshoot a small Wi-Fi issue and made sure all the cameras were working perfectly before leaving. I also appreciated how patient he was when we had questions about using the app. He walked us through arming, disarming, customizing alerts, and even checking footage. Didn?t expect this level of care
Honestly, I thought it would just be a quick setup and go, but SafeStreets really surprised me. The technician explained everything clearly and never acted annoyed when I had extra questions. Timely, professional, and patient
From start to finish, this was a really good experience. The tech was on time (actually early), introduced himself, and asked where I wanted things before drilling or setting anything up. He showed a lot of patience while I asked questions and didn?t rush me at all. The whole process took about three hours and was done very neatly. I loved how he helped me test the system and even adjusted a camera angle when I asked. I?ve had other companies be way less friendly or helpful. Excellent value and peace of mind
My family and I recently decided to upgrade our home security, and after a lot of research, we chose SafeStreets. It turned out to be the best decision we?ve made this year. The installation process was organized, smooth, and handled by a very knowledgeable technician. He asked us what areas we were most concerned about and adjusted the system layout accordingly. No cookie-cutter install here. He carefully explained every piece of the equipment, made sure the sensors and cameras were working properly, and stayed until we felt confident using the app. He even gave us tips for how to avoid false alarms and how to set schedules for when we?re out. The system works great, and we?ve had zero issues. Most of all, I sleep better knowing we?re covered. SafeStreets gave us both great service and peace of mind?totally worth every penny.

Extremely poor communication and follow-up
The biggest issue I?ve had with SafeStreets is how terrible the communication is. I was promised a morning install window, but the tech showed up late in the afternoon with zero notice. When I called to check earlier, the rep said someone would update me?no one ever did. During the install, the technician seemed rushed and didn?t go over the app features thoroughly. I asked questions, but the answers were short or unclear. After he left, I noticed one of the cameras wasn?t working properly and reported it the next day. That was two weeks ago and I still haven?t received a solution or follow-up. I?ve been calling every few days and all I hear is, ?We?re escalating this.? Nothing happens. I feel completely ignored as a customer. At this point, the service is more stressful than helpful. I expected professionalism and accountability?sadly, I got neither.

Flawless service and clear communication
We?ve moved three times in the past five years and tried different security setups in each home, but this was hands-down the best experience we?ve had. SafeStreets was responsive, flexible, and very professional from start to finish. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and didn?t just install and leave?he made sure we understood how to operate every piece of equipment. He showed us how to create emergency contacts, adjust sensitivity on motion detectors, and even set up temporary codes for guests. Disappointed from day one
I really wanted this system to work for our family, but SafeStreets let us down from the start. The tech showed up late, didn?t bring the full equipment kit, and seemed confused about our order. He spent hours trying to install things and still had to come back the next day to finish. When the system was finally working, one of the sensors failed within the first week. I called support multiple times, but kept getting transferred or told someone would call me back?which never happened. What?s worse is that we were charged for equipment that wasn?t even installed. I?ve been going in circles trying to fix billing issues. The service team is polite, but nothing actually gets resolved. More hassle than it's worth
I chose SafeStreets based on the glowing reviews, but my experience has been far from great. The initial install seemed okay, but things quickly went south. The mobile app is buggy?it crashes or freezes at least once a day. I?ve missed several alerts because of this. I reached out to customer support, but the hold times are ridiculous. One time I waited over an hour only to get disconnected. When I finally did get through, the rep didn?t seem confident and gave vague answers. They told me someone would follow up, but no one did. Also, we were told our plan included camera storage, but that turned out to be an extra monthly charge. It just feels like we were misled. I expected better quality and support for the price I?m paying. Honestly, if I hadn?t signed a contract, I?d be looking for another provider already.

Excellent support and installation

A lot of frustration for very little payoff
Installing a security system was supposed to give us peace of mind, but dealing with SafeStreets has just been exhausting. Our technician showed up late without calling, seemed unprepared, and had to keep calling support during the install. It made me question how well-trained their staff really are. Then, a few days later, we had a false alarm due to a faulty motion sensor. We called for a replacement, and it took 10 days for someone to come back?ten days! Meanwhile, the system kept going off. We had to disable it and couldn?t use it at all. Customer support was friendly but ineffective. I had to repeat my issue every time I called, and no one seemed to have access to previous notes. This whole experience has been more stress than security. I don?t feel safe?I just feel stuck with something that barely works and costs too much.

We walked through the house together and he laid everything out clearly, without pressure. The installation went quickly, but he still took time to clean up and double-check every component. I really appreciated that he didn?t treat it like a rush job. He also stayed until I fully understood the app and tested everything multiple times. No corners cut. Felt like they really cared about safety
The SafeStreets tech who came out was really kind and actually cared about what made us feel safe. We walked through the house and discussed what areas we wanted to monitor. He offered advice but didn?t push anything. I appreciated that. He gave us full demos, helped install the app on both my phone and my husband's, and answered all our questions with patience. I?ve dealt with other companies who just wanted to rush through it, but this was different. It felt personal, and I felt heard. Honestly, I couldn?t ask for better service.

Very friendly and well-organized
We had such a good experience. I called for a quote and got an appointment quickly. The installer was super friendly and made sure we felt involved in where everything would be placed. He walked us through the process and showed us how to use the alarm system step-by-step. He even waited while we practiced arming and disarming the system ourselves. I?ve had techs in the past just say ?it?s in the manual,? but this guy was way more helpful. Would absolutely recommend SafeStreets to family or anyone looking for a home security solution.

Customer service that actually cares
I?ve worked in customer service, and it?s rare to find reps and technicians who actually go the extra mile, but SafeStreets delivered that and more. When I first scheduled the appointment, the rep was friendly and made sure to understand my situation. The technician that showed up was just as impressive?he was respectful of our home, used shoe covers, and asked before installing anything. He explained every step and made sure we understood how the system worked. What really stood out was how he helped my elderly mom set up her app and even stayed to test the alert system with her twice so she?d be comfortable. That kind of attention doesn?t happen often. He never rushed and stayed professional the whole time. Even after installation, we got a follow-up call to check on how things were going. You don?t see that much anymore. I?m really thankful I went with SafeStreets.

Friendly tech who went above and beyond
From the minute he arrived, our installer was friendly and professional. He greeted my kids, wore shoe covers, and didn?t track any dirt in the house. The install itself was clean and quick, and he took time afterward to make sure I knew how the whole system worked. He also walked me through how to access video clips and alerts. Quick, efficient, and thorough install
The SafeStreets technician showed up right on time and got right to work. He explained everything before drilling or installing, made sure I was happy with placement, and then set everything up neatly. We tested each device as he went, and I never felt rushed or confused. He also took care of linking the app to both our phones and explained how to set up schedules for alerts. I appreciated how clean and fast everything was. Took less than 3 hours for the full setup. They don't deliver what they promise
The sales call sounded great. Everything was explained clearly, and I was told there would be no hidden fees and that installation would be quick and simple. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I ended up being charged for extra sensors that weren?t disclosed ahead of time. The technician seemed to be in a rush and didn?t place the cameras where we discussed. I asked for a repositioning and was told that would be another service fee. That felt unfair considering it was their mistake. Also, I was told the app could be set up with multiple users, but it only lets one of us receive alerts unless we pay extra. I?ve contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I get a different answer. I?m locked into a long-term contract now and feel stuck. SafeStreets might work for some people, but in my case, it?s been full of letdowns.
