I love the authentic sourdough flavor Ruby on the Hill offers. Their breads feel homemade and fresh. The downside is that sometimes shipping takes longer than expected, which affects freshness a bit. I still think their bread is worth it, but if they can speed up delivery, it?d be even better.

Simply the Best Sourdough
I?ve tried a lot of sourdough breads, but Ruby on the Hill?s sourdough is simply the best. The crust has a nice crunch without being too hard, and the crumb is soft but chewy. Love it.
