Very Poor Packaging
The bread came in a flimsy bag and was smashed when it arrived. The crust was no longer crispy and the inside felt dry. Freshness Not Always Consistent
I enjoy the flavor and quality of the breads, but the freshness sometimes isn?t consistent. A couple of times my loaf arrived a little dry or with a softer crust than I expected. It?s still good bread but freshness is important for me, and they could improve in that area.

Nice Bread but Limited Selection

Flavor is Good but Texture Varies
I?ve ordered a few times and the flavor is usually good, but the texture is not always consistent. Sometimes the crumb is dense and heavy which I don?t prefer. Other times it?s lighter. I?m happy with the taste overall but wish the texture could be more reliable.

Fresh and Flavorful but Slightly Dense
The breads I got from Ruby on the Hill were fresh and flavorful. The sourdough crust was crunchy and the inside chewy, but I found some loaves to be a little denser than I like. It still made good sandwiches and toast. Overall, I like what they do but think the crumb could be a bit lighter sometimes.

Fresh and Authentic Bread, Shipping Slow
I love the authentic sourdough flavor Ruby on the Hill offers. Their breads feel homemade and fresh. The downside is that sometimes shipping takes longer than expected, which affects freshness a bit. I still think their bread is worth it, but if they can speed up delivery, it?d be even better.

Simply the Best Sourdough
I?ve tried a lot of sourdough breads, but Ruby on the Hill?s sourdough is simply the best. The crust has a nice crunch without being too hard, and the crumb is soft but chewy. Love it.
