Product Looked Old Upon Arrival
One of the meals I ordered had visible freezer burn and discoloration. It didn?t look fresh at all. I checked the expiration date and it was within range, but something felt off. Contacted their team and was told this was "normal" for frozen products. That didn?t sit well with me. For the price, I expected a lot better. The rest of the items were usable, but that one issue put a damper on the whole experience.

Melted Products and No Apology
Received my order in terrible condition. Everything was soggy, and a few items had leaked. Clearly the package had either been delayed or not packed well enough. I contacted them and didn?t even get an apology, just a generic email. For a company that deals in frozen goods, this is unacceptable. There was no option for a full refund, just a discount off a future order. But why would I risk that again? Customer service seemed completely uninterested.

The experience was very positive from start to finish. The food arrived frozen solid, with plenty of ice packs and an insulated liner that actually worked. The meals tasted great?my favorites were the teriyaki chicken and the mac & cheese with broccoli. One small suggestion: a couple of the meals were a little small in portion size for the price. But everything else went well. The order was easy to place, and the delivery was right on schedule. I got an email with updates at each stage, which I appreciated. They even included reheating instructions on the individual containers. For anyone who wants quick, ready-to-go meals without compromising too much on quality, this service delivers.
