Misleading product descriptions
I was drawn in by the descriptions on the website which made the products sound luxurious and deeply nourishing. Unfortunately, what I received was underwhelming. The body scrub was clumpy and dry, more like a pile of sugar than a scrub. It didn?t glide or exfoliate well at all. The packaging also leaked during shipping, so everything arrived oily and messy. I emailed them with pictures, hoping for at least a partial refund, but I didn?t hear back for over a week. When they finally replied, it was a vague apology and a 10% discount code?on a product I?ll never buy again. I?m all for supporting small, natural businesses, but this felt careless. The products look beautiful online, but the experience didn?t match the promises. I honestly expected better. A little more care in both production and communication would go a long way. As it stands, I won?t be returning.

Great idea, poor execution
I respect what this brand is trying to do with clean and natural skincare, but unfortunately, the execution missed the mark. I tried the rosewater mist and the body balm. The mist smelled a bit off, like something had gone bad, and the balm was extremely oily?it left my skin feeling slick for hours and stained my shirt. The product descriptions were glowing, but the reality didn?t live up to it. I double-checked ingredients hoping maybe I was reacting to something, but everything listed seemed fine. I think their formulas might just need tweaking for better usability. Also, the email updates were inconsistent, and I never received a tracking number until after the package showed up. I might give them another try someday because I support natural products, but they need to polish both product consistency and customer service. It feels like they?re still figuring things out.

Could be better with communication
Placed a large order for holiday gifts expecting them to arrive in time, but it ended up taking over two weeks without any update. When I emailed, I got an automated response and no real update. The products themselves were okay?nothing amazing?but the poor communication made it feel like I wasn?t valued as a customer. I ended up giving out the gifts late, which was embarrassing. One of the soaps was also missing from the order, and I never got a replacement or refund for it. I wanted to support a smaller business doing natural products, but I think more care needs to go into their customer experience. It doesn?t take much to keep someone informed or follow up properly. I wouldn?t mind delays if there was better transparency. Unfortunately, this whole thing left a sour taste, and I?m not sure I?d order again unless things improve.

Quality varies too much
