Disappointing Customer Service
The actual issue with my order was that of wrong e-liquid flavor sent. This is really pathetic, and the customer service was not really of much help. I received the wrong e-liquid flavor, and it took days to hear back from them. The resolution offered at the end was really unsatisfactory, and I kind of felt they didn't care. The shipping was fast, and lack of proper support has left a really bad impression. For a company with good reviews, I expected much better service.
