Paying too much for lousy service
The price was way too high-the service quality should not have an upper price scale set on it. A preparer who needed to rush through my return wasn't telling me that my return had received a very thorough review. Let's hope next year I've found someone else to do my taxes with.

Reliable service

Amazing first time

Rushed service
I felt my appointment at R&G Brenner was rushed. The preparer did not seem to care about questions and I departed with a feeling of ambiguity about my return. For the price, I would have expected a much more attentive service. Next year, I am not sure if I would return here.

Disappointed with follow-up
First filing process was okay, but in case I had follow-up questions, it became very difficult to get those answers. This made me feel ignored and disappointed. I would like to see them be more responsive after filing my return after returning. It has not been much of a good experience overall.

Didn't feel valued.
I went to R&G Brenner with much hope, but the preparer was too busy and not considering my time; my concerns were not listened to. For the price I paid, I should have expected so much better.

Not worth the cost
R&G Brenner overcharged by offering services they did not deliver. The documentation was completed within a week, but it was hardly extensive. I do not know if I got my money's worth.

Poor communication
I had trouble getting returned calls from R&G Brenner after my return was filed. I sought clarification on a few things, but it was tough getting an actual person on the phone to answer. Poor communication all-around.

Missed deductions
More important deductions were missed on my tax return. At that time, I learned this may have been accomplished had I saved more. For the high price, one would think to receive more review than was done. I won't be back here next year.

Not as Expected
My time with R&G Brenner was a disaster. I do not think the preparer cared to prepare my taxes, and the appointment was pretty rushed. Not worth the money paid for what little was provided. Disappointing in all respects.

Overpriced
R&G Brenner was too expensive for me to obtain what I had done there. The preparer seemed nice, but not very thorough by my standards. Just not worth it in my opinion.

Didn't follow through
My reorder had issues, and it required multiple calls just to get a call back from R&G Brenner. Never felt like they were following through on that reorder. Of course, they're not gaining any recommendation time from me based off that experience.

Not thorough enough
Tax-filing was too shallow. At least on quality, I paid way too much for a much less than expected solution. It felt hasty, and I have questions left unasked.

Poor value for money

Disorganized experience
Disorganization is the first word that comes to mind to describe my experience here at R&G Brenner. My preparer seemed to have issues with my paperwork, and it just did not feel professional. Not worth the price, to say the least, and left feeling frustrated.

Difficult to reach support
I tried to reach R&G Brenner when I had some questions after filing. It takes them days to respond, not making me feel supported at all. Certainly was not a good experience, and I will never go back again.

Ignorance.
I felt that my appointment was very brief in this respect. For them just to kind of go through the motions and totally overlook my tax concerns, I paid for way too much in the dollars of where service could have been given.

Unhappy with outcome
My tax return wasn't handled with the care that I expected. I later found mistakes within it, which caused a huge hassle to correct. For what I paid for, much better attention to detail was served.

Not much help
I had to get my return, but the service support from R&G Brenner wasn't at all friendly. It was too long before they could get back to me with any answers, which was very frustrating. Definitely not the level of service that I was expecting.

Missed deductions
I just did this tax return and have a feeling I lost key deductions in doing so. It was very disappointing to see how much more money I could save. For the amount, I expected a far more thorough service done.

Disappointed with support
The filing was very smooth, but the lack of follow-up was disappointing. I had trouble getting these questions answered I had after filing, which left me feeling supported. Definitely not worth the price.

Not worth it
R&G Brenner's service did not live up to my expectations. It was a rushed process, and some questions I had about my return went unsubanswered. The price that was charged would have been about right for a much more pleasant experience.

Unresponsive customer service
Had difficulty reaching a live customer service person after my taxes were filed. Answers were long in coming, which is really frustrating. To spend that much money for the company, one would expect it to be a little quicker to get help.

Disappointed overall
My experience at R&G Brenner was disappointing. Expected better service than what I got, especially my appointments seemed a little rushed, and for the amount I am paying, it wasn't worth it. Would not go back.
