Costs Not Shown Clearly
One applicant thought it was free and was confused when charged. There needs to be more clarity before payment is requested.
Reports Miss Context
The reports are fine, but they lack detail in some areas. One applicant had ?no rental history? listed when I knew they had some.
Email Links Don?t Always Send
Had two applicants say they never received their link. Had to send it manually again. Makes me double check everything now.
Refund Took Too Long
Tenant was charged twice by mistake. It took almost a week to get their refund. Not fair to the tenant or to me.
