I am frustrated beyond belief with Renew. The staff did not arrive on time, and the installation was horrible. The floorboards did not fit, and I had to have another company come in and fix the issues. The customer service did not care about helping me either.

Inconvenient Installation Process
The floor looks fine now, but the installation process was inconvenient. The installers arrived late, and the installation was rushed. Spaces were visible in some places. More attention to detail and concern for customers were what I expected, but they did not fix the problems in a timely manner.

Delayed and Poor Quality Installation
Renew's installation was delayed multiple times. When the crew finally arrived, the quality of work was subpar. The flooring had perforations in it, and the crew did not leave the site in the condition they found it. The customer service was a joke, and my issue was disregarded for much too long.

Complete Failure

I chose Renew on their reputation, and I must say I have had a bad experience. The product itself is good, but the install was sloppy and lackadaisical. The crew did not cover my furniture and cleaned up after themselves whatsoever. When I phoned them to correct the situation, I was told they could not fix it for a few weeks. Highly displeased with the service I received and lack of company follow-through.

Not What I Expected
The overall experience was not what I would have expected from a company with such a good reputation. The floors were installed too quickly, and there were incomplete areas here and there. The installers did not clean up after they left the site, leaving dust and debris behind. I needed to call multiple times for them to come and fix the issues. Even then, they did not do much to make it right or to apologize. I'm not happy and won't be using them again.

Horrible Service
I'm very unhappy with the service I received from Renew. The floor was not installed properly, and after a few weeks, the boards started warping. I complained to them, but it took ages to get a response. Even when they came to inspect, they said it was not their problem. I paid for high-quality flooring, but they installed something different. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

While the Renew staff during the consultation phase were professional and courteous, the outcome was not great. The installation was way slower than expected, and the floors were unevenly installed in some areas. I had to engage a second contractor for the faults to be fixed. I'm quite disappointed that the business did not do it differently. Customer service was also not responsive and unsupportive when I tried to get the issues fixed.

Extremely Dissatisfied
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the poor service I received from Renew. The installation was not well done, and there was not much quality control. There were gaps in the floorboards, and it did not have the finish we requested. And to top it all, I had paid for the entire project upfront. When I called them to complain about the issue, they replied slowly. They did not offer a solution or much assistance. Extremely sad experience.

Poor Installation
The consultation and ordering process was fine, but the install was poor. They were late to arrive to work and didn't seem to care much about the accuracy. There were obvious defects in the floors after installation, and when I complained, they said they would fix it, but didn't. I wasted money and time in my opinion. I hoped for better service, but I wouldn't suggest Renew to anybody based on my experience.

Terrible Service
I regret choosing Renew to install my floors. Customer support was terrible ? they did not call me back and took their time getting in touch with me. When finally installing the floor, it wasn't the color I had picked from the sample. The shade was off, and it wouldn't match with the room. I called them a number of times to resolve the matter, but they were not very cooperative. Extremely unhappy with the entire experience. Not worth the hassle.

Expected Better Quality
I expected the best after getting positive feedback, but I experienced otherwise. The quality of flooring was okay, but it was installed sloppily. The support team failed to remove all the dirt and debris that it left behind when it did. The edges were also not flush. Further, I couldn't easily get help from the support team to repair the damage. It took much longer than planned, and it was not smooth as anticipated.
