Inconsistent Shipping and Delays

Overall, my experience with Provident Metals was pretty unimpressive. I ordered a couple of silver coins; they took longer than I expected to arrive. I had called their customer service at first to follow up on some updates, but the information they provided was so sketchy and very frustrating. The silver coins when they finally arrived, arrived with one not up to standard, as it seemed to have become slightly tarnished. Not tightly packaged also, shipping. While the prices seemed pretty affordable, transparency and shipping time are major drawbacks for me. For a company dealing with metals, I would have expected better, much more professional experience in the activities concerned and communication. Hopefully, they will get their logistics on the way and will deliver as they promise. They look promising but fail at execution.

Provident Metals has very nice merchandise, but their help was hard to get when I needed it for my problem. Days passed before I ever got any response from my emails, and if I would call for help, the line had a great deal of wait time.
