I thought that for what they had, I would at least get competitive pricing or even some price matching. They do not offer it, and for the same product, I could buy it cheaper at another store. Unless they do something with their pricing strategy, I won't be coming back.

Faulty Vape Battery

My vape battery goes out within a week. I've been charging it according to all the instructions, and then all of a sudden, it didn't hold a charge anymore. When I wrote to the customer service, they said they can't replace the item because that was used once. What else did they expect me to do to try to find out if that was faulty? They definitely have to work on their defective product policy.

Flavors Didn't Match Descriptions

I ordered a few e-liquids based on the flavor descriptions, but when I tried them, they tasted nothing like what was advertised. One was too sweet, one tasted weirdly artificial, and one had almost no flavor at all. Fine, taste is subjective, but the descriptions should at least be somewhat accurate.

Website Issues During Checkout

I attempted to place an order, but the checkout always went wrong. On the third or so attempt, I was able to complete the order with the processing issue, so it ended up delayed. It's really frustrating when online stores get a problem technically, where you just want something quickly and easily.

Drippy E-Liquid Bottles

One of the bottles in my package leaked e-liquid. The box was not well sealed, and most of the liquid was spilled. When I contacted ProVape, they gave me a discount on my next order for not replacing the product. Not what I thought I would get for a defective product.

Only Limited Stock Available

A lot of the products I wanted were out of stock, which was disappointing. They have a great selection, but if the inventory isn?t available, it?s not very helpful. I?ve had to check back multiple times, and even then, restocks seem to take forever.

Hidden Shipping Costs

Shipping cost was reasonable at first, but at checkout, there were more fees. It was way too pricey than what I expected and did not even know why I was being charged extra. If they had all the costs, I would not have been so frustrated.
