I felt like they should have let me know sooner instead of letting me wait in limbo. The lease terms seemed to change too, which was frustrating. The customer service team was polite, but they didn?t seem to have much information and I had to keep calling back to get updates. Eventually, I chose to go with another leasing company that was more responsive.

Great Service, But Could Improve Speed
I recently leased a car through Progleasing and overall had a good experience. The process was smooth, and the online platform was user-friendly. I really appreciated that I could upload my documents and get everything done without having to go in person. The team was very responsive and helped me choose the best car for my needs. My only issue was the wait time. I was told the approval process would take a couple of days, but it ended up taking closer to a week. This delayed things a bit, but in the end, I was happy with my car. I think Progleasing could improve on their speed, but other than that, they provided excellent service.

Fine But Not Exceptional
Progleasing is fine, but not exceptional. The leasing process itself wasn?t too complicated, and I got a decent car for a reasonable price. However, I didn?t feel like I was given the attention I expected. The approval process took longer than anticipated, and I had to follow up a couple of times before getting a response. The lease terms were okay, but the whole process felt a bit impersonal. It wasn?t a bad experience, but I think there?s room for improvement in their customer service and communication. I would use them again, but only if I didn?t have other options available.

Not What I Expected
I started leasing with Progleasing thinking it would be a smooth process, but it ended up being a lot more difficult than I imagined. The application process was fine, but after that, things started to go downhill. I waited over a week for approval, and when I finally got an answer, it wasn?t the terms I was originally quoted. The customer service team wasn?t very helpful when I reached out for clarification, and they didn?t seem to care much about resolving my concerns. In the end, I decided to cancel my lease and went with another company. I wouldn?t recommend Progleasing to others based on my experience.
