Limited survey options

I have really struggled to find surveys which I qualify for PrimeOpinion. In that respect, the site is easy to use; however, I often go to log in and find there aren't any surveys available. When I do get one, it usually only takes a few minutes, but the overall lack of choices makes it slow to earn rewards.

Maintaining Good Experience with Reward Cash Out

I have been using PrimeOpinion for over a year now, and so far, they have always delivered me a good experience. The surveys are short and simple to complete and are designed with purpose, so there is nothing wrong with completing a few when I am taking some sort of break at work. It uses a rather simple point system that makes it easy enough to claim rewards often without much hassle. I really like that with PrimeOpinion you have a few payout options like gift cards, PayPal, and more, so it gives me freedom of choice.

Quick and Easy Rewards

Good, but Needs More Surveys

I enjoy PrimeOpinion. The only thing is sometimes the surveys are a little short. Whenever I get some surveys, they're always enjoyable and it doesn't take much time to fill them out and the pay is very good and consistent. I'd like to see a few more surveys available sometimes, but otherwise, it's a pretty good site. It cashes out a couple of times without fail.

Easy to Navigate

Frequent Glitches

PrimeOpinion carries a good amount of surveys, but the website needs much improvement. Lots of times, I get annoying bugs while trying to submit completed surveys. It is frustrating that you spend so much time on a survey, and it hangs up or crashes, leaving you with zero progress. The support teams do appear responsive, but the issues do seem recurrent. Sometimes, the website deprives me of answering some of the surveys after engaging quite a good time. Despite the reward system of the platform being excellent, technical issues make it hard to recommend PrimeOpinion to others. Hopefully, they rectify the issue soon.

Excellent site to redeem points

I had a really great time using PrimeOpinion. The site itself is pretty intuitive, and the surveys are entertaining and varied. I love having the option to be able to track how many points I have and know when the payment is going to take place. The payout selection is fantastic-I tend to go for the gift cards and they show up very promptly. The customer support team is also very prompt. At one point, my points did not reflect some other survey I had completed, and they were very swift in resolving the matter. It is a pretty reliable site, and I have already suggested this to a few of my friends who are in need of making some extra cash during free time.

Wonderful Surveying Platform

PrimeOpinion has worked out great for me. The surveys were very easy, and I've cashed out several times without any problems. The rewards come in pretty fast and I like the different payout options. Nowhere else can I be sitting on my couch, kitchen table, or bed-sitting on my phone or computer-and take a survey, so this makes it really convenient.

Excellent Customer Support

There was a point where one of my surveys was not credited; but, PrimeOpinion's customer service is just superb. One gets a response at least in 24 hours, and this kind of service rectified the credit issue right there. Apart from this, the surveys are really easy to finish and the rewards are just fantastic. I have already referred PrimeOpinion to a few of my friends.

Extremely Disappointing Availability of Surveys

Went into PrimeOpinion with very high hopes, but to be honest, so far my experience has disappointed me slightly. Although the website itself is incredibly easy to use, the number of surveys available to me has been startlingly low at times. Sometimes I log on several times a day and get zero new surveys that have become available, or worse still, I'll make it through half the survey only to be told it's not eligible to count. It's frustrating because the payouts seem so good, but trying to reach enough points is tough when there aren't many surveys. Secondly, I have noticed that processed surveys don't show in my account straight away, which sometimes delays the accumulation of points. Customer support is so slow to troubleshoot the issue. Such a pity, really, since PrimeOpinion does hold a great deal of promise; however, without correcting these issues, it's a hard platform to recommend to anybody.

Quick and Reliable Payouts

So I just joined PrimeOpinion almost three months ago, and I did it just now. They are very easy to take the surveys on; they have topics which are really wide-ranging. I cashed out many times so far, and it's always smooth. Their payout options are quite good, but my reward normally takes only a few days. Overall, it's a fun and easy way to earn a little extra in my free time, and I already told some of my friends to try it out.

Great when you want to easily win gift cards; the surveys are relatively easy and do not take up much time. Glitchy Platform

Worry-Free Payouts

Too Many DQs

PrimeOpinion has been somewhat a letdown. While the website is well-structured, the DQ rate is massively high. I spend more time answering the pre-screening questions than the survey itself, and that is got disqualified. So frustrating to take so much time in a survey only to be DQed right in the middle of it. Although I realize that no one qualifies for all the surveys; there is something excessive about this level of disqualification. Furthermore, the rewards are not as competitive to me compared to other survey sites. I have persisted with PrimeOpinion hoping things will change for the better, but frustration has outweighed the benefits. There needs to be more transparency in terms of survey qualification so users don't spend too much time on it.

Simple and Effective

PrimeOpinion is a very good site that makes some decent money. The surveys are easy to fill out, so there are usually plenty of them most of the time, so it is not one of those sites with no opportunities. Even the interface is friendly to use, and the payout system is pretty simple, too. I would say I like the fact that I can choose between several payout methods, which makes redeeming points very comfortable. Sometimes there may be disqualification due to certain factors, but overall, this is a good platform that works fine.

Inconsistent experience

I have to say, PrimeOpinion has been hit or miss for me. Sometime I get a ton of surveys back in the day, and other times I'm lucky if I get any at all. Which is rather frustrating since you may complete an entire survey only to be rejected at the end. But the incentives are definitely worth it since it does take a while to build up your points.

PrimeOpinion has become my favorite site for surveys. For me, it is very easy to get around the website and I'm very thrilled by how interesting the surveys are. So far, my points have always been good enough for more than one payout and with several payout options-a big plus.
