Hence, with positive experiences in the past from purchasing from Premier Champagne, my latest order was somewhat of a letdown. The champagne was lovely; however, no complaints there. The website glitched during checkout, and I accidentally ordered two bottles instead of one. I immediately called up customer service with the issue and was told that because it has already been processed, they can't cancel the extra bottle. All right, but a little more flexibility would be appreciated sometimes. Now I sit with an extra bottle that I don't need. It is such a pity to lose such great champagne; I am afraid, though, not to order again at some point.

I am writing this review with a bit of frustration. I ordered a bottle of champagne for a birthday celebration, choosing Premier Champagne specifically because of their supposed reputation for quality and service. Damaged Packaging
The champagne came damaged. The packaging box was dented and torn. That's not a great idea because the champagne was ordered as a gift. Luckily, the champagne inside the box remained undamaged. But it wasn't really in a great state to present it as a gift. I e-mailed the customer service people. They agreed to refund some money to me. The champagne has to be handled and packed more carefully so that it arrives in its pristine condition.
