Overpromised, Underdelivered
I hired Precision Tax Relief in good faith hoping that they can help me sort out the major tax debt I was carrying. The sales pitch for the first meeting was highly persuasive, and I walked out of there believing they were the ones to bring a successful result. Things started to unravel quickly. They demanded upfront payment, which I did, but communication was lacking after that. I would call them over and over again before someone called back, and most of the times they never gave clear answers. Months passed by without my case being touched by anyone. I had to get a second opinion on that case, and it was over when a different team cleared up the issue in a fraction of the time. The whole process at Precision Tax Relief was quite disappointing, and I paid for a service which brought no results.

Not Transparent, Very Poor Results

A Frustrating Experience
I used Precision Tax Relief to have my back taxes prepared, and the experience was very frustrating and slow. Each time I contacted them, I was always met with a generic response. I was anxiously awaiting some sort of response as the IRS would call and make threats over my head.
