Lost Shipment, Refund Issues
My order disappeared in transit. Support eventually admitted they don?t insure shipping, so full refund wasn?t available. They offered a coupon but that doesn?t solve missing product. Felt undervalued as a customer. If ordering internationally, be aware of their limited recourse.
