Good Service and Affordable
I have ordered a few things from Pomelo, and so far, the quality and fit are good. Prices are reasonable, and shipping is fast. The only thing I would suggest is offering more size options for some styles. Still, overall, I would recommend Pomelo for anyone looking for trendy, affordable clothes.

Disappointing Quality and Slow Shipping
I had high hopes for Pomelo after seeing their stylish clothes online. My experience has been disappointing, though. I ordered a few items, and while they looked great on the website, the quality of the fabrics was not good. One of the shirts felt cheap, and some of the stitching was already coming undone after one wash. Besides, the delivery was much slower than expected. While I was given an estimate of 5-7 days, it took my order nearly two weeks to arrive, which further killed the confidence I had attached to their ability to manage customer expectations accordingly. I have also tried contacting their customer service about my delayed shipment, but the response was really slow and support given wasn't of any much help. At the price, I expected more regarding quality in general and less headache while shopping.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
My experience with Pomelo was nothing short of frustrating. First, I had a lot of trouble with their website, where the sizes and the description of the products were imprecise. I just ordered two dresses, hoping they would fit, and both were too small or too big. I checked the sizing chart before purchasing them, but the items did not match the measurements in the least. If that was not enough, returning items was also quite a hassle. I spent hours trying to get a return authorization, and when I finally did, the refund process took forever. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I received only partial refunds for the items I returned. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored. I won't be shopping at Pomelo again anytime soon. Poor sizing, coupled with awful customer service and the huge inconvenience of returning an item, makes it a store that I just cannot recommend.

Sizing Issues and Poor Quality
I decided to try Pomelo after hearing good things from friends, but I was seriously let down. I ordered three items?two tops and a pair of pants?and while the designs were cute, the quality didn't match the price. These fabrics were all thin and cheaply felt, especially the pants, which looked so much better in the photos than when in person. To top that off, the sizing was completely off. Even though I followed the size chart to a tee, none of the items fitted. One top was too tight while the other one was too loose; the pants were too short, though I ordered my size. I ended up returning everything, but the return process was convoluted, and I didn?t receive my refund for weeks. I?m very disappointed and won?t be ordering again.

Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality
My experience with Pomelo was a nightmare. I placed an order and waited almost two weeks for it to arrive. When it finally arrived, one of the items in the package was damaged, and the quality of the clothes was very poor. The material was flimsy, and one of the dresses had several loose threads. I sent a complaint to customer service and got an automated response, after which I had to wait another five days for an actual reply. And it finally took them a few days just to ask for photos, that too of the damaged thing which I sent over, still nothing was settled after yet another week. This really has been very frustrating times, and the refund hasn't come back to my account as of yet regarding that defective item. I'll never recommend Pomelo on grounds of receiving good and trusted service or nice clothes. And this is exactly why

Decent Clothes but Slow and Inconsistent Shipping
Generally, the clothes from Pomelo are cute, but inconsistent shipping and delivery times really ruined it for me. I ordered a few pieces in preparation for my trip, but none of them came in on time, which meant that I missed being able to wear them to the event for which I had bought them. The company hadn't updated on the delays of shipping, and when I was trying to contact customer support, the answers were obscure with no clear explanation of the situation. Moreover, one of the dresses which I had ordered didn't correspond with its picture on the site: another color, fabric much cheaper than it should be. Having waited for this order, I was highly disappointed in general quality and service. Though I?ll give them credit for having trendy pieces, I?m not sure if I?ll risk ordering again considering the lack of reliable shipping and product accuracy.

The Clothes Look Better Online
I was really excited to try Pomelo after seeing all the great online reviews, but my experience was underwhelming. While the clothes looked great on the website, when they arrived, I was disappointed in the quality and fit. I ordered a pair of jeans and a top, but both of them felt very cheap; the jeans didn't come even close to fitting. Some areas were too tight, and others were way too loose; the sizing chart was no help whatsoever. When I tried to return the items, I had some problems with the process and had to follow up a couple of times before they processed my return. The lack of communication from customer service made it even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I'm very reluctant to shop with Pomelo again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience shopping at Pomelo. After reading some positive reviews, I placed an order for a couple of items, expecting high quality based on the price. However, when my order arrived, I found the materials to be flimsy and the clothing didn?t match the photos online at all. The color of one dress was completely off, and the other items were poorly stitched, with threads coming loose. The worst was the return procedure. I was told to send items back at my own cost, which I felt quite unfair considering the poor quality clothes. If that was not enough, I never received confirmation of my refund even after follow-up. Never again Pomelo, I would not recommend it to anyone. Poor quality and horrible customer service-things that make me want to avoid this store.

Overpriced and Poor Quality
I bought a couple of things from Pomelo, and I have to say I was so unimpressed. The clothes look great on their website, but when it finally arrived, the quality did not justify the price whatsoever. It was cheap, especially given the prices they are charging for them. I ordered one jacket that seemed to be perfect on the website, but when I tried it on, it was flimsy and thin, not worth the money. I also didn't like how the clothes fit because they were either too big or too small, and the size chart seemed to be wrong. After trying to get in touch with customer service to express my concerns, I didn't get a satisfactory response, which was incredibly frustrating. It's a shame, because I just loved the designs, but the quality wasn't too great and was highly overpriced for what it is, making me unlikely to shop here again.

Good Selection but Inconsistent Quality
I really like Pomelo for its great selection of on-trend clothing, though my last order was something of a disappointment. I have bought two dresses and a sweater, and although the dresses fitted as if tailored and looked just like they were online, that sweater turned out to be a complete disappointment. The fabric was much thinner than I had expected, and after a couple of washes, it started to pill. Such inconsistency in quality is infuriating. Customer service was very polite, but without offering any real solutions except, of course, to return the sweater, which quite frankly wasn't worth my time. While I love the overall idea of this company, poor quality and issues with shipping times make me very skeptical about purchasing anything else. Hope they fix these problems.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
I ordered from Pomelo with high expectations; it became the worst online shopping experience ever. After my order, I waited for over a week for any confirmation of shipment, and upon arrival, one item was missing in the package. I called customer service, and it took them days to respond, only to inform me that the item was out of stock and they could not fulfill my order. I was told I would get a refund, but it took over a month to process. What's more, the items that I did get weren't even worth the trouble. The material was cheap, the fit was off, and some of the seams were already coming undone. I'm extremely disappointed and will never order from Pomelo again. This experience has completely ruined my perception of the brand.

Not Worth the Hype
I don't understand why Pomelo gets so much attention. I had heard a lot of good things, so I decided to place an order. The website was easy to use, but that's where the positives ended. The clothes came late and were of a quality far below what I was expecting. I ordered three items, and none of them fitted well. One dress had fabric that felt like paper, and another had a strange smell upon arrival. The sizing was off too, as I checked the size chart before ordering but still ended up with pieces that didn?t fit properly. Disappointed with Product and Service
I have recently purchased something from Pomelo, and I was not impressed with either the product or the service. The clothes did not look anything like what was shown online, and the quality was nowhere near what I expected for such a price. I had ordered a blouse and a pair of trousers, and the material of both was so flimsy. I reached out to customer service to return the item, but they responded rather slowly and didn't really give me straight answers. I finally got approval to send it back, then had to pay for shipping myself, which I don't believe is fair after getting subpar quality. Refund processing took longer than anticipated. All in all, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Pomelo because of the problems I've encountered regarding product quality and customer service.

Great Designs, but Poor Quality
Pomelo's website really had a great range of stylish and on-trend clothing, which is what drew me in. Unfortunately, the quality of the items I ordered didn't live up to my expectations. I bought two tops and a skirt, and within one wash, the fabrics of all three started losing their shape. The colors have faded much faster than expected, too. While the designs are cute, the materials used are cheap, and the longevity of the clothes is questionable. Good Potential, but Needs Improvement
Pomelo has great potential with its trendy designs, but the execution falls short. I ordered a pair of shoes, and while they looked great in the photos, the quality was not as expected. The shoes felt flimsy, and after wearing them only a few times, the soles started to wear down already. I reached out to their customer service for advice, but it was very slow, and I felt they didn't offer any solutions. The delivery also took longer than expected, and there was no real communication about the delay. Disappointing Fit and Shipping Delays

Great Designs, but Poor Fit

Misleading Photos

Disappointing Quality and Slow Shipping
I had high hopes for Pomelo after seeing their stylish clothes online. My experience has been disappointing, though. I ordered a few items, and while they looked great on the website, the quality of the fabrics was not good. One of the shirts felt cheap, and some of the stitching was already coming undone after one wash. Besides, the delivery was much slower than expected. While I was given an estimate of 5-7 days, it took my order nearly two weeks to arrive, which further killed the confidence I had attached to their ability to manage customer expectations accordingly. I have also tried contacting their customer service about my delayed shipment, but the response was really slow and support given wasn't of any much help. At the price, I expected more regarding quality in general and less headache while shopping.

Worst Online Shopping Experience
My experience with Pomelo was nothing short of frustrating. First, I had a lot of trouble with their website, where the sizes and the description of the products were imprecise. I just ordered two dresses, hoping they would fit, and both were too small or too big. I checked the sizing chart before purchasing them, but the items did not match the measurements in the least. If that was not enough, returning items was also quite a hassle. I spent hours trying to get a return authorization, and when I finally did, the refund process took forever. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I received only partial refunds for the items I returned. The customer service was unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored. I won't be shopping at Pomelo again anytime soon. Poor sizing, coupled with awful customer service and the huge inconvenience of returning an item, makes it a store that I just cannot recommend.

I decided to try Pomelo after hearing good things from friends, but I was seriously let down. I ordered three items?two tops and a pair of pants?and while the designs were cute, the quality didn't match the price. These fabrics were all thin and cheaply felt, especially the pants, which looked so much better in the photos than when in person. To top that off, the sizing was completely off. Even though I followed the size chart to a tee, none of the items fitted. One top was too tight while the other one was too loose; the pants were too short, though I ordered my size. I ended up returning everything, but the return process was convoluted, and I didn?t receive my refund for weeks. I?m very disappointed and won?t be ordering again.

Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality
My experience with Pomelo was a nightmare. I placed an order and waited almost two weeks for it to arrive. When it finally arrived, one of the items in the package was damaged, and the quality of the clothes was very poor. The material was flimsy, and one of the dresses had several loose threads. I sent a complaint to customer service and got an automated response, after which I had to wait another five days for an actual reply. And it finally took them a few days just to ask for photos, that too of the damaged thing which I sent over, still nothing was settled after yet another week. This really has been very frustrating times, and the refund hasn't come back to my account as of yet regarding that defective item. I'll never recommend Pomelo on grounds of receiving good and trusted service or nice clothes. And this is exactly why

Decent Clothes but Slow and Inconsistent Shipping
Generally, the clothes from Pomelo are cute, but inconsistent shipping and delivery times really ruined it for me. I ordered a few pieces in preparation for my trip, but none of them came in on time, which meant that I missed being able to wear them to the event for which I had bought them. The company hadn't updated on the delays of shipping, and when I was trying to contact customer support, the answers were obscure with no clear explanation of the situation. Moreover, one of the dresses which I had ordered didn't correspond with its picture on the site: another color, fabric much cheaper than it should be. Having waited for this order, I was highly disappointed in general quality and service. Though I?ll give them credit for having trendy pieces, I?m not sure if I?ll risk ordering again considering the lack of reliable shipping and product accuracy.

I had an extremely disappointing experience shopping at Pomelo. After reading some positive reviews, I placed an order for a couple of items, expecting high quality based on the price. However, when my order arrived, I found the materials to be flimsy and the clothing didn?t match the photos online at all. The color of one dress was completely off, and the other items were poorly stitched, with threads coming loose. The worst was the return procedure. I was told to send items back at my own cost, which I felt quite unfair considering the poor quality clothes. If that was not enough, I never received confirmation of my refund even after follow-up. Never again Pomelo, I would not recommend it to anyone. Poor quality and horrible customer service-things that make me want to avoid this store.

I bought a couple of things from Pomelo, and I have to say I was so unimpressed. The clothes look great on their website, but when it finally arrived, the quality did not justify the price whatsoever. It was cheap, especially given the prices they are charging for them. I ordered one jacket that seemed to be perfect on the website, but when I tried it on, it was flimsy and thin, not worth the money. Good Selection but Inconsistent Quality
I really like Pomelo for its great selection of on-trend clothing, though my last order was something of a disappointment. I have bought two dresses and a sweater, and although the dresses fitted as if tailored and looked just like they were online, that sweater turned out to be a complete disappointment. The fabric was much thinner than I had expected, and after a couple of washes, it started to pill. Such inconsistency in quality is infuriating. Customer service was very polite, but without offering any real solutions except, of course, to return the sweater, which quite frankly wasn't worth my time. While I love the overall idea of this company, poor quality and issues with shipping times make me very skeptical about purchasing anything else. Hope they fix these problems.

I ordered from Pomelo with high expectations; it became the worst online shopping experience ever. After my order, I waited for over a week for any confirmation of shipment, and upon arrival, one item was missing in the package. I called customer service, and it took them days to respond, only to inform me that the item was out of stock and they could not fulfill my order. I was told I would get a refund, but it took over a month to process. What's more, the items that I did get weren't even worth the trouble. I don't understand why Pomelo gets so much attention. I had heard a lot of good things, so I decided to place an order. The website was easy to use, but that's where the positives ended. I have recently purchased something from Pomelo, and I was not impressed with either the product or the service.
