Received two other disposables that wouldn't turn on straight out of the box. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if there was a refund or exchange policy that was actually followed. In addition, if something goes wrong in the checkout process, there must be a real person responding to assist. Broken Vape with No Compensation
One of the disposables came with obvious damage?it shook around inside like something had come loose. Attempted to use it anyway, but it would not turn on. Sent out a photo and explanation, but support refused to own up to the issue. No apology, no replacement, but a suggestion to try again on a subsequent order. That's not how any company should treat a faulty item. Customers shouldn?t have to pay again for something that didn?t work the first time. For single-use products, there needs to be a fair policy in place when devices don?t function. Otherwise, you?re asking customers to throw money away. The vape scene is competitive, and reliability counts for a lot. Podlix seems to fall short when it matters most?when something goes wrong. Wrong Items Sent, No Resolution
Placed special orders after reading the descriptions carefully, but what were received did not resemble them in any way. Rather than the mint and peach flavors ordered, two completely different flavors were received, and neither of these had been ordered. Sent a message to customer service with the order information and pictures, hoping at least for an acknowledgement or a promise to fix the order. In response, there was no answer whatsoever. A follow-up message went unresponded to as well. Such a mistake is annoying enough, but what is worse is that the complete silence followed. It's not simply being given the incorrect flavors?it's the fact that the error was totally disregarded. Fulfillment errors do happen, but customer service is where businesses can make it right. Unfortunately, Podlix didn't. It makes it difficult to trust future orders when there's no guarantee that mistakes will be dealt with. A little courtesy would have helped, but none was shown.

One of the vapes leaked when the package was opened. The device was sticky throughout and had liquid residue. One of them came with a cracked casing out of the box. The build quality was not at all consistent with the images and descriptions on the website. Whereas the brand ensures "authentic and reliable" products, the devices seemed haphazardly made. Reaching out to support meant getting a generic response that did not recognize the damage or provide a solution. It's disturbing that such problems are not uncommon, based on other similar reviews. Customers should not be experiencing leaking devices, let alone when there is a health and safety issue. Lack of monitoring on such fundamental problems erodes trust rapidly. What could have been an easy buy was a waste of time and money. Improved packaging, quality control, and customer service are desperately needed to enhance the experience.

Faulty Device and No Returns Allowed
Bought a vape that would never work right?it would turn on randomly off the bat and then just straight up die after a day. Attempted to ask for a return or replacement, but customer service cited that they have a no-return policy on opened units. It's reasonable for a consumable item, but where the product itself is obviously faulty, there must be an exception. That inflexibility is poor customer service and a greater interest in preserving profits than pleasing buyers. Sending photos and an extended explanation didn't matter, and the support staff never provided an adequate solution. Other businesses within the same category manage these kinds of issues much better. Podlix's reluctance to back up their product genuinely erodes their credibility. Customers are entitled to better than cut-and-pasted responses and unforgiving regulations. This isn?t just about one device?it?s about feeling like there?s no help when things go wrong. This exercise demonstrated that Podlix is not ready to take care of managing customer expectations and solving problems satisfactorily. All of the things arrived on schedule, and I liked the variety Podlix has. Nonetheless, one of the vapes would not show any vapor from the start. I reached out to support but did not get a useful reply. The rest functioned correctly, but that one dud made the whole experience a little below par. There's potential for improvement in dependability and support.

Great Selection, Slight Inconsistency
Podlix has a really wide selection of disposable vapes, and the ordering process was easy. Everything that I got worked perfectly, with great flavor and decent battery life. One, though, tasted burnt from the beginning. That was a disappointment, but the rest of them were good. Would order again with a little more skepticism.

Flavors Were Nice, But One Didn?t Work
The taste variety from Podlix is really good, and the disposables are convenient. Unfortunately, one of the three devices did not work at all. It was like a battery problem. That made the whole experience less fun. If all devices worked perfectly, this would be an A-grade place to shop for vape online.

Mostly Pleased With My Order
Shipping was fast, and everything was packaged securely. Three out of four vapes performed well and delivered great flavor. One, though, didn?t last more than a day. It still gave some puffs but quickly died. That small issue aside, the experience was smooth. I?ll likely buy from Podlix again but hope for more product consistency.

Several Issues, Not Impressed
Although the shipping was timely, two of the devices that I received were not functioning. One of them would not turn on, and another one had hardly any flavor. Getting a replacement was not easy, as customer service was unhelpful. Too bad, because the functioning vape was fantastic. However, with that sort of ratio, I am not going to order again.

Fast Fulfillment, Mixed Results
The order was filled quickly, which was a plus. I liked the variety of options available and the packaging. But not all products were up to par. One tasted off, and another had poor airflow. With some tweaks to product screening, Podlix would be a seriously solid option. For now, it's a gamble.

Mostly Smooth, Minor Flaws
In general, I was impressed with the ease of ordering and delivery. The majority of the disposables tasted wonderful and performed well. One was somewhat leaky upon opening but still functional. Not a problem enough to mar the experience, but something that should be corrected. I'd recommend keeping in mind that small caveat.

Fluctuating Quality Between Devices
Podlix is full of promise, but the quality of vapes is not consistent. Some vaped well and had intense flavors, but others tasted flat or had issues with airflow. The website is easy to use and checkout is simple, but it's the inconsistency of the product that's notable. If they had better quality control, it would be a more dependable site to shop at.

Not Happy With This Round
Bought three devices and only one functioned properly. The second one emitted a strange chemical flavor, and the third would not turn on. Delivery was quick, but that does not matter when the product does not work. Podlix may have great reviews, but my own experience did not meet the hype. Probably will not buy again.

Fast Delivery, Good Experience Overall
My experience with Podlix was generally good. The products came quickly and appeared brand new. All but one disposable worked as expected?the one that didn't had what appeared to be a battery problem. Customer service was courteous but not very helpful. I still think it's a good vendor, just not ideal. I'd try them again.

A Bit Unreliable But Still Worth Trying
There's a lot to be said about Podlix: quick shipping, attractive packaging, and excellent product selection. But the inconsistency in how their products perform cannot be ignored. One of them tasted like charcoal, and another one would not hit well. The rest were okay. If they iron out the issues, this could be a good choice for vapers.

Good Overall, One Defective Item
The ordering was simple and everything came quickly. Of the four vapes I bought, three performed superbly with robust flavors and easy draws. Unfortunately, one did not work at all. It's frustrating to get a bad product, but the others performed well enough that I'd think about ordering again. Fingers crossed for tighter quality control next time.

Somewhat Reliable
Podlix hits the mark on speed and product variety. I liked the majority of what I got, but not everything lived up to my expectations. One vape faded out of flavor halfway through, and another had a dead battery. The rest were good. It's a good site, just not reliably so all the time. I'd give them another go, but with caution.

Not Worth the Trouble
Checkout was easy and shipping was quick, but that's where the good news stops. One of the vapes leaked, another became useless after a few hits, and customer support was slow in responding. It seemed like too much trouble. Too many problems for an easy order of disposable vapes.

Mostly Satisfied, Minor Issue
I was happy with my order overall. Most of the vapes hit great and had solid flavor. The only downside was one vape that seemed stale or expired?flavorless and weak. The rest of the items made up for it. Not a perfect transaction, but good enough that I?d likely order from Podlix again.

Mixed Results But Prompt Delivery
Podlix has a nice variety, and shipping was exactly on time. But I had some problems with how well the devices performed. Two of the five vapes were disappointing in terms of flavor and vapor output. The others were better. It's not a terrible store to go to, but you gamble what you're really going to receive.

Needs Product Quality Improvements
Ordered some disposables, and although the shipping was quick, two did not work properly. One had no air flow, and the other battery was obviously defective. Customer service wasn't very helpful. Not exactly the kind of experience one would want to repeat. They should really check items more thoroughly before shipping them out.

Dependable With Some Flaws
I've bought from Podlix twice. Both times shipping was fast, and for the most part, the products were genuine and tasty. I did get one vape in each package that was faulty?wouldn't hit well or died too quickly. That inconsistency is infuriating but hasn't fully deterred me. I'll try again.

Average, Could Be Better
The site was user-friendly and checkout was quick. One vape was incredible, the second was okay, but the third was dead. That sort of inconsistency gives me pause. Obviously, some batches are better than others. If they fix quality control, Podlix might be a solid go-to.

Satisfying Experience, One Glitch

Too Many Issues to Overlook
I was really excited to try Podlix, but two of my vapes leaked, and one was horribly burnt tasting right off the bat. Delivery was prompt, and the site is easy to navigate, but the quality of products is poor. With so many other stores to choose from, it's difficult to justify a return.

Decent Purchase With Minor Issues

Could Use Some Consistency

One Faulty Item in Otherwise Good Batch
Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. I bought five disposables?four functioned flawlessly with excellent taste and good draw. One wouldn't fire at all, which was a letdown. That being said, the overall experience was superior to that which I've had with some of the other vendors. Room for improvement remains, though.

Bad First Experience
My first order with Podlix was a bad one. Two out of three vapes didn't function as they should have. I asked for assistance but received no genuine solution. The one working vape was satisfactory, but insufficient to compensate for the others. Unlikely to place another order unless improvements are implemented.
