Bad experience, bad customer service
I ordered a vape mod from Planetofthevapes after reading good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was not great. The shipping took longer than expected, and when I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about resolving the issue. When the product finally arrived, it was damaged, which added to my frustration. After several calls to them for a replacement, they took ages to get back. The quality of the product looks OK, but the customer service needs some real work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this site.

Horrible service and unresponsive support
I had ordered something from Planetofthevapes and expected a nice, easy transaction, but what came next was totally different. It arrived late, and upon opening, part of what I had ordered was missing. I contacted their support team, and it took them an eternity to respond, with no meaningful resolution given, either. I was told it would take weeks to process my refund, which was really disappointing. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I will never order from this site again and would caution others against it.

Very slow shipping, damaged goods
I ordered a vape kit from Planetofthevapes, and it took more than a week longer than the estimated delivery time. When it finally arrived, it was evident that the item had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer service to arrange a return or replacement, but they were extremely slow to respond, and I felt like they didn't care about fixing the issue. Product not as described, poor communication
I ordered a vape device that was advertised to have certain features, but upon arrival, some of the features mentioned on the product page were not included. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no useful response. Lack of communication, misleading description-these are the two major disappointments. Well, better from such a supposedly reputable place was expected. I don't think I'll order again from them.

The worst, the worst, worst; terrible product quality
So, I ordered a vape mod and some e-liquids from Planetofthevapes and, after nearly two weeks of waiting, my package just came in. And wow, I'm really impressed-to a little girl. The vape mod did not work properly, and the e-liquids had leaked everywhere in the package. I tried to reach their customer service, and they were unresponsive, never following up on my complaint. I had to go through a third-party service to get my money back. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

Extremely slow shipping and poor packaging
I have been a customer of Planetofthevapes for quite some time, but my latest experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a vape kit, and it took over two weeks to arrive?far longer than the website claimed. When it did arrive, the packaging was poorly done, and the product had a dent on it. I called customer service, and they said they couldn't process a return because it was "a cosmetic issue." Unless you are comfortable with long waits and poor service, I would not recommend ordering from them. I have had much better experiences with other vape shops.

Not worth the hassle, terrible service
I recently purchased an e-liquid bundle from Planetofthevapes, and it was an absolute nightmare. First, it took more than 10 days to arrive. When that finally happened, the flavors in my order were totally wrong. I called customer service, and they gave me an automated response, stating they would get back to me, but nothing ever did for over a week. Then, when I did talk to someone, there was no resolution, just a vague apology. I have lost trust in this website and will be seeking other retailers for my needs.

Product arrived damaged, unhelpful support
My recent order from Planetofthevapes was disappointing. The product I received was damaged, and there were scratches all over the device. I contacted their customer support, and it took days to get a response. When they finally replied, they asked me to send photos and then didn't get back to me for another week. I felt like I was being passed around. After much back-and-forth, I did get a replacement, but it was very slow and frustrating. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them.

Worst experience, poor product quality
I ordered a vape mod from Planetofthevapes, and upon receipt, the quality was well below what I expected. It worked badly, and I had to invest even more money in repairing this device. I tried returning it, but for several days, nobody seemed concerned with customer service. The store finally gave me some money back, partially covering the cost of my purchase. It was all very stressful and frustrating. I will not buy products from here again and suggest others beware of product quality or customer support.

Delayed shipping and missing items
I placed an order for multiple items, and the shipping was delayed by almost a week. When my package finally arrived, one of the items was missing. I contacted customer support, and after waiting for several days, I was told they would send the missing item, but it took an additional week to arrive. I was not impressed with their handling of the situation. The quality of the items themselves were fine, but that delay and poor customer service left such a bad taste. This is a hit-or-miss company, and I unfortunately felt like mine was a miss.

Terrible customer support and wrong items shipped
I ordered some accessories and e-liquids from Planetofthevapes, but when my order arrived, half of the items were wrong. I sent customer support a message and got a generic response that didn't address my issue. I had to follow up several times, and finally, they sent me a return label, but it was too slow, and I had to wait weeks for my refund. Very disappointed with this store. Overpriced, sluggish, and poor service.
I bought a new vape device from Planetofthevapes, and considering the price, I would not say it was completely worth that money. Shipping was at slower-than-average speeds, item had been sent in a cardboard box with no proper protection included inside. The device turned out fine but not any above average, for its price. Customer service was useless too when I complained about slow delivery. I'd only suggest the place if you don't mind the frustrating wait of your delivery and the highly rated items.

Avoid at all costs, horrible experience
I usually never leave a review, but I have to warn people from my lousy experience with Planetofthevapes. I ordered a specific flavor of e-liquid, but they shipped a different flavor. I had to call and e-mail them multiple times and still didn't get any proper resolution to the problem. They replied very slowly, with several contacts being made without their acknowledgment of the problem, for that matter. Not going to shop here again.

Disappointed with the service and delivery
I've had much better experiences with other vape retailers. Planetofthevapes took longer than the estimated time to ship out my order, and after getting it, the vape pen I ordered was faulty. Support was contacted, and though the resolution came about, I had to wait several weeks for a replacement to be sent. Not really worth the bother.
