I?ve ordered beauty products online from different retailers, but this was the worst delivery experience I?ve had. My order was placed for three simple items ? a moisturizer, shampoo, and lip balm. They took nearly three weeks to ship it out and never sent tracking updates. I had to follow up multiple times via email, and each time, the answers were vague. When the box arrived, it was dented and had no padding inside, which led to a cracked product. I sent photos immediately, hoping for a quick resolution, but all I got was an automated response. I followed up again, and after several more days, they finally offered store credit ? not even a refund. I shouldn?t have to go through so much just to get what I paid for in decent condition. When I followed up, they finally replied but didn?t even apologize. They offered to send a replacement, but no rush shipping or discount was given. I expected at least some kind of acknowledgment of the hassle. The whole experience left a bad taste, especially since I was looking forward to trying this product. I like their selection, but they need to work on shipping safety and being more responsive. I might shop elsewhere next time if things don?t improve.

I provided photos and explained the issue, but they were dismissive and just restated their return policy. No store credit, no sympathy ? just a cold response. It felt like I was being punished for having a bad reaction. That kind of inflexible customer service doesn?t sit well with me, especially when it comes to skincare. Great Products, Poor Handling
