What attracted me to Pivot Health was a very, very good budget possibility, but the limits were much tighter than what I expected. The deductible was really, really high; many of the routine services that I needed were not included. Often, it is difficult to find in-network providers, and even when I can find them, they are quite far away. Another issue was that the claims process was somewhat confusing, and customer service was not so fast to respond. I called many times just to clarify, but could get extremely vague answers or even get transferred to a different department. A good solution for someone in a tight spot, it doesn't say what is actually covered. As soon as possible, I'll look elsewhere for health insurance; this plan did not cover the simplest of health insurance coverage needs and expectations.
